I think Mojang is just taking a step back instead of promising features they aren’t going to add. The features they have announced are bad at first glance, but they are all useful, and there will still be more! Tho kinda annoying it has no name

Well made video! Would love to see you continue creating more videos like these, maybe more in depth ones as well.

They're working on more features, they just making sure they don't bite more than they can chew like last time. Most people are hyped enough for just that and excited for what more new things they'll show us later

They said that more features to the updates will come along the way. Maybe with a mob vote style? It could be nice, or it could be wack. We'll see ig

The player base was mostly upset that they overpromised features that got thrown under the bus just because the game has to reflect real life for some odd reason. This got people really agitated due to the game being a fantasy game, except that the game is multifariously inspired by real-life aspects. I understand they're very self-consciously PC about biodiversity and their relationships with one another, and how they're one of the top games out there right now, meaning they probably think they're the most INFLUENTIAL game out there, even though we see a lot of killing of innocent domesticated animals and agricultural farm animals being turned into clouds, kids don't actively seek to re-enact these activities after playing Minecraft, we know this as Minecraft isn't receiving a lot of big news of children attacking wild or domesticated animals in society. I feel Minecraft is trying to be too much of a parental role model here, if you don't believe me... see their last update, one of the most controversial ones out there. Let the parents parent their children, we don't want a future where video games raise the parents' own children for them. I know that was quite a vent, but Minecraft isn't encouraging any of the depraved or unethical things you might do in Minecraft, they're simply doing the daily grind in a corporation where they brainstorm, create, animate and code concepts or plans inside of game where you're the creator and shaper of your world. I think why the community was very frustrated that Minecraft live showed all of these features together and expected it to be all in one update, this was the interpretation and I got to agree with why they were upset about how it was split, but we did get it in the end, it just took a long time, as someone who dealt with code, I do understand why they did this, as overworking their team to live up to what the community would've wanted would've been mentally & physically draining, and that strain I can understand too on why they would want to prevent. But this isn't the way to go either... they lose some of their valuable player retention and attention, and get undermined due to the bottled excitement you feel during these live streams... and now I feel like people are going to be less and less excited from now on if this continues, will be going down a downward spiral into a lack of interest from the general community, which would generally kill the mood for the corporation and others. Don't know how it will go later on down the run, but after this years live... I am keeping my expectations low.
