I wish I could go back to being a kid, to not understanding the meanings of sad songs and thinking the best of everyone, to not having bad memories, to not having trust issues, to not struggling to get up everyday... But I would miss the experiences life has given me, and I would miss my favorite content creators. This is an amazing video and it just gave me so much nostalgia I wanted to say this

I didnt know much about technoblade but now I see why people love him so much. He was a legend who never died and he was the best pvpier in minecraft and has world record of 1400 games of Bedwas won in a row he was and inspiration to millions. Without him youtubers like a cookie god, Montclair, Notnico would have never come to youtube. R.I.P techno

I’m really just here to spew some emotional crap no one is likely to see, so don’t mind me. My feelings after Techno’s death have been... strange, lately. I only just realized after watching this video and the longing I felt at the images, as if they were fond memories I’d made with a friend. (Which they are in their own way, but I felt the images as if they were a real occurrence.) On most days I know Techno as the person, Alexander, and I miss all the times we, as his chat, had made with him. On other days, however, I see so many drawings of Techno the character that it starts to deep into my image of him, making me feel like I miss the character more than I miss the person behind the mask. Almost like I start missing the moments as a voice for the character, instead of a viewer for the person. I don’t know if anyone else can relate to this, I don’t know if anyone will see this, but I tend to write my emotions out to help me through them, and I needed to get past this melancholy quickly, before I drown in the murky waters of my own memory. (Cool video, by the way.)
Losing someone like Techno who felt so familiar yet like a stranger at times is devastating, but definitely confusing too :(
Sometimes he’s the cool character that we watched as he navigated a chaotic SMP.
Sometimes he’s the incredible Minecraft player that we admired and looked up to for his cool skills and amazing achievements; most notably his Potato War victory.
But sometimes he’s Alexander, the funny guy behind the screen making us smile and laugh; someone who did so much more than just give us amazing content.
No matter which part of him you feel you know more on any day, it’ll always be him :)
He is the cool character, the Minecraft player, and Alexander; all of them are the different parts of him that we got to know.
The memories that you made with any part of him are equally important, and it’s okay to feel like you know one part of him more than another on any day.
I wish you the best, and I hope that things get easier with working through with all of this :D
