Huh same issue but unfortunately we from India cannot send it back to store to repair. So iam kinda stuck. No one repairs locally and iam not getting proper support or responce from Insta team. Its really bad we buy suck expensive camera they say its water proof and one fine day its dead afert just surfing in beach. Very bad support from Insta
Just happened to mine, reset case didn't fix it. Red light comes on for a second if you leave the camera in the case but doesn't charge. Contacts on the back of the camera can get dirty which can stop charging but cleaned mine and still no good 😢
The same happened to me, cant conect to the App, or PC, Doesnt even show the menu. This câmera its a great concept, but in reallity is a waste of money. At 2 Day Stopped working. And insta support is zero….what a bad experience ☹️Just want refund

All the people that said same problem. Did anyone have a fix or had to send back for repair. As these cameras are now out of warranty I wonder at this age point if it is worth fixing.
Same problem now .. after one year. Under water (half meter) and now it’s died. I hope gopro will make a similar one this year. with Insta360 I'm done.

I have the same problem, when you let the battery drain completely, it connects back normally, but from one hour to another it stops again. bad experience with insta 360, we can see that it is a chronic problem, and the company simply closes its doors for those who bought it
I've got the same problem, but i tried to push and hold the button on the camera for about 20 sec maybe. and it wotk again. maybe you guys can try before send it back to insta360(takes time).
Thanks, I did this for two days. The camera was inside the case. So I guess the camera must be fully charched. Also you can see it, the green LED of the case is lighning. So, I think, there is a Problem of camera.

Just connect it to the PC it will be fixed. Also let it charge.

Insta took the camera back and send me a new one. So could use the new one without any problems

i just had mine in the water today, not even half a meter also and now its not working. so fustrating as i have footage on there i'd like to salvage.

I have same problems, reset 7 seconds or 30 seconds, doesn't turn on. nice camera but is too delicate, my 5 year old gopro works well

@@frankfurt6000 Insta hat mir ein neues Gerät zugeschickt nachdem ich die Defekte Kamera zurück gegeben habe. Es war ja noch Garantie drauf

It worked once, and then stopped turning on again.
camera no battery you need to charge both casing and camera for 1/2 hours than try again casing battery full camera no battery
