This is a stunning page! I can’t believe how much I’ve learned from you through the years. When you had everything down, and the page looking beautiful, and then you poured the white liquid on top, I thought, “She’s using matte medium to make the page non-porous so she can use her big brush markers to shade.” I laughed out loud when that’s what you did! THANK YOU for the years of art knowledge you’ve imparted to those of us wanting to understand the process and learn the elements so badly. You are a sparkling gem in the creative world.

I love all your layouts Vicky, but I think this one has to be my absolute favourite. I had the privilege of being able to feed giraffes whilst on holiday years ago and I have a real soft spot for them. Might have to get one of the paper pads just to stroke! 😊

I have several Stamperia paper packs/kits that I have yet to use. When going through and sorting what I have into like-kind piles, I found myself wondering how I would ever use paper that is so thick and stiff. I had junk journals in mind. But thanks to your videos, I now moved my thoughts from junk journals (for journaling) to using Stamperia paper in art journals instead. Thank you for the inspiration. I will be watching more of your videos.

@Vicky Papaioannou • I love the way you explain your thought process. The first strokes did look like a hot mess but once you added the borders it changed. I like how you do certain things by trial and error to get the look you want, like the giraffes and circles while others are tried and true methods of shading, outling, then highlighting. You have a very broad range of vision from your steam punk version of tech to this. Thanks for sharing with us.

Yes, I was born in Cameron! I came to Greece when I was only 6 months old but it’s in my bucket list to go and visit by birth place sometime!
