    I have a pair Reiss moccasins driving loafers in suede. I love them and look forward to wearing them with out socks in spring and summer. Even if you say they look old. You just have to pick out the right pair. Say brown, tan, blue or green to start of with and pair them with a stylish out-fit like you would style loafer shoes. Moccasins driving loafers has nothing to do with age!

    I was at university in the 1960's. Ivy league styles at the time included the penny loafer and some more plain styles as well. I still like penny loafers and may go back to buying another pair. I am a fan of slip on shoes. They are comfortable and still stylish.

    Hello, Top Man loafers destroyed your feet but, loved them anyway lol. I was wearing proper made in England DMs, cheap Tassle Loafers (feet destroyers) and cheap Royal brogues (and platforms lol) as a teenager in the 70s and loved them all. I now have, have had for a long time and, always will have DMs, Loake tassle loafers, Loake penny loafers and Loake Royals in my collection along with all sorts if lovely dtuff e.g. Red Wing boots (zero platforms) and still loving them. I even still have some electric green socks but only for the memories, haha. 50 plus years of loving great shoes and still going. I've never been attracted to loafers, but yesterday I saw a pair that I thought were pretty nice, so I thought I'd be open minded and give them a shot. I put them on and wore them around the store a bit, and I still can't get down with loafers. They feel too much like slippers. I understand that that kind of comfort might be part of the appeal for some people, but before I started caring more about what I put on my feet, I was a boot guy. Even now, a lot of my dressy-but-casual shoes are lace-up, high tops. Gives me a sturdier feeling

      @Gent.Z  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi James, great question. I think the quality and value is good for the price, but the fit of their clothes generally does not work for me. I need a very tapered shirt which is not what Tyrwhitt generally sells. But I encourage you to either order a variety of items and return them or try them on in store if you have one nearby.
