Obviously (to make it more challenging) without any enormous help like you did with Latifi or Sergeant... I'm curious to see after how many seasons he can manage the win! You can do it with the HAAS or in the "my team career" as you wish :)

I'd like to see last years top 2 drivers in the Bottom team (Haas) from last year right through to the bottom 2 drivers in the Championship driving the Red bulls.
So Ver and Per in Haas, Ham and Alo in Alfa, Lec and Nor in Alpha ETC.

Another idea is we set you missions in 5 separate races like putting Yuki in a car of your choice to see if he can win the Japanese Grand Prix, try and get a British 1 2 3 at Silverstone with Russell, Hamliton and Norris in any order, a Spanish 1 2 in Spain with Alonso and Sainz, Leclerc win in Monaco and a French 1 2 in France (Gasly and Ocon).

Custom team switching like Aarava does is by modding, so only available on PC, but the base game has randomized switching in career modes
