Tip: Ghost can run from any wild battle no matter the level. Always lead a ghost type when exploring high level areas

@@Mitokondrien I always thought that rule didn't count for wild battles, considering pokeballs are items and you're allowed to use Pokeballs during wild battles. It's up to how the person wants to play, anyways.

Arguably that rule is a guideline and I assume most people consider the no items rule to be things like healing or stat items, not basic utility. Especially in a game where everything is open world and you can’t always avoid Pokémon that are much higher level than you.
Cufant is clearly a cousin of the Borzoi and therefore, dog.
Zorua is a fox, which is a canine, and therefore, dog.

Not all Canines are vulpine but all vulpine are canines.

Sudowoodo went for Trailblaze instead of Rock Slide because it didn’t outspeed you and Rock Slide would never get the kill, so using Trailblaze it wanted to raise its speed and try to flinch you with Rock Slide.

Comment for engagement (and advice for next time) if you are going to a dangerous area pokedolls to guarantee a run away are very helpful (they are technically 'items in battle ' but feel closer to repels to me)
I had poke dolls on me but personally don’t use them for Nuzlockes! I like the added challenge of avoiding the wild :)

OMG THIS VIDEO WAS AMAZING!!! There were so many amazing parts! So many funny times, tense/stressful times, and a few lightly sad times, but it all came together to be such an amazing video, and the ending was really amazing. And I loved how we got to see blooby preparing for some of the fights, it was really nice to see just how she plans for all these fights, it was really cool! Such an amazing video 10/10❤❤❤❤

No cap this might be my favorite nuzlocke video. You played so well in so many parts like in the battle against Kofu (the intimidate pivots to knowing when to use the focus sash was so big brain) and how well you used held items like the eject buttons and the shell bell (i would have never thought of using it on an arcanine). Also it was so freaking funny how you got so many shinies and they so happen to be dogs like my favorite dog Copperajah (tho I gotta give it up cuz I have never seen it being used).

of all Shinies, I'm most jealous of the Shiny Cufant :( I so badly wanted to get one during my first playthrough and at a point, I thought I saw one but it was a random Makuhita hanging out with a bunch of Cufants - _- this video gave me such joy though. PUPPIESSS 🥰

I've been doing all dog teams for as long as there's been enough dog pokemon for me to do so. It's so fun. Finally decided to try an all cat team for Scarlet and it's not going nearly as well

A super-clutch Focus Sash is one of the coolest prep payoffs. I’m so glad that consumable items aren’t actually consumed anymore so that items like that can be viable in Nuzlockes. Though maybe the funniest one is Power Herb. There’s nothing quite like taking out every mon in sight with one-turn Solar Beams…

I like that Copperajah is so heavy that, even though it needs to be like three times the size of an opponent in order for the move to be stronger than Sheer Force Iron Head, the cases where it’s not are so rare that Heavy Slam is its best STAB anyway.
This run was so great. You always put such personality into everything. Like, there was no reason for you to put that crazy Tauros encounter in the video, but it added such a good moment to the video. Heartbreaking to see my favorite Pokemon (Arcanine) die at the end, but the way you played is stellar ^-^

Great play, great casting, and I like the fact that you're not so hard stuck on the rules you set at the beginning that you would allow them to negatively affect the fun of the run. I think the reason they didn’t have Dipper use the universal key to open Mabel’s bubble in the finale was because that bubble and the lock were made by Bill, so it might not have worked because Bill made it, and it’s not just some random lock in America. However I do agree that it could have been a good throwback to a previous episode.
This was adorable, and just the kind of pick me up that I needed today. Especially after waking up, to find that I no longer had a job.

I’ve never seen anyone have trouble with the second Nemona fight before, but that’s because most people are allowed to catch a Paldean Wooper, which renders her “ace” completely useless and, by extension, her whole spiel about terastalization horribly ironic. It’s the one time the gameplay works against the whole “actually an experienced battler” thing.

I swear, the shiny odds must have been increased. I got 4 in one playthrough.
Granted, it has been an 80-hour playthough because I grind a lot.
But I found only 2 of them while grinding.
I played SV 5 times already, in all of them I got 2 full odds shiny pokemon. I never really played past postgame, so it's probable that you get 2 more during that.
