Thanks a lot for a thorough, tutorial on kunu preparation. But some people would say, it is only dry potatoes that is used for kunu drinks. So, why the fresh potatoes? Am not from the North sha. Anyways, thanks. Ikpe Prosper Rex.
Growing up in Nigeria , I used to dance around the kitchen whenever I saw my grandma make Kunu but I never took the time out to learn, now I can order for the ingredients from Nigeria and make mine thanks to you sis 🙌❤️.
You made me remember 90s when I was in Kaduna. We always do it to sell during their fasting. Sis you are on point then we include pepper to it but this one you made is boom. Coming for my take home. 😀🙏
My former neighbor taught me how to drink kunu, I. Love it when it doesn't have much chuff. When is cold is really sweet lol,,thanks for bringing back old memories to me,,you did an amazing job.

I would never believe in a million years that you can use sweet potatoes to make kunu. It really looks simple and delicious and I love the bottles you used to store them👌. Hope you won't mind me stealing this recipe 😉
Can it be placed on heat for a few minutes after sieving it without it thickening? With all the contact during sieving, I would feel more comfortable hygiene-wise doing that.
I don't know how to kunu is made thanks for the recipe.but i want to ask since you added fresh blended potatoes won't it itch the tongue?just curious i would be glad to get a response🙏🙏
Thanks for this detailed explanation on how to make this delicious drink. For those that live outside Nigeria and can get hold of all the ingredients except guinea corn, can the same result be achieved?
Sis did you leave in Northern Nigeria before, because of how you pronounced those ingredients. I'm not a kunu fan but leboo is. My blender is not as industrious as yours and I'm gonna change it. Thanks for sharing.
When you pour hot water and it’s watery. That means it’s not cooked. All you have to do is put in the stove and leave it to cook for 5-10 min until it forms. Then you leave it to cool down before adding the potatoes. Sometimes it gets watery when the water is not hot enough.
You gave a very detailed info on kunu making, your kunu recipe is the best i have seen on TH-cam,thanks for sharing and Weldon
