this randomly got put in my recommended,, and as someone who knows how to sew, at first i thought the glue you used to make the casing for the elastic was really dumb, but then i thought about it and it’s actually a good alternative if you don’t know how to sew or if you can’t afford a machine. one issue you may run into, however, is the raw edge of the fabric fraying and falling apart over time. fabrics like silk, rayon, and cheaper cotton (as well as many others) fray really easily and will possibly not stay. i recommend using pinking shears or double folding your hem. looking up videos about making a casing is a great place to learn. otherwise perfect and super cute thrift flips!!! :)
