The 13 tooth is what i run too on my Avenge, same truck. Max10 120 and 4300 3660. No cogging at all and it RIPS. Time for another overhaul so im putting the pro4 sct chassis and maybe a big rock body. Or whatever will fit. Nice run. 1 tooth makes a difference!
Actually I have a question so I can gear it up from a 13t to a 16t pinion what would you recommend for off-road/all terrain use? but I still want it to be faster

I think the MT10 is one of the best value/performing trucks around. I really enjoy running mine, just got to gear mine up a bit as well.
Oh yes definitely 16T is the biggest you can go without over heating

Sad I tried to gear it up but the pinion grub screw is stripped any suggestions how how to get it out?
Not sure if you got it out
But you can either drill it. Or hammer a torx screw driver into it and twist it out (really small sizes ofc)

Cause its heavy an bigger wheels compared to touring car can t be geared high on 2s
