- I'm not sure what's more impressive, the fact that they have a koala for their Commander or the fact that they put a tree in the tank for the koala to perch on. Also, this is so Australian that it hurts and I love it.
Edit: I see a lot of people saying stuff like "WHERE IS THE BOB SEMPLE" and just........chill. Koala Forest is meant to be Australian while the Bob Semple was created by New Zealand.

Well the thing is in GuP they have the huge super giga island carriers which have different environments for different schools. The latest OVA episode of GuP was the main cast riding horses in the desert chasing trying to find a classmate who is a sherrif this was all set in their own island ship.
Didn’t expect to see an Australian team in GuP. Gotta say I am quite happy

Sorry, but if any species ever deserved extinction, on a Darwinian sense, it's the Koalas, for they seem to be completely unprepared to survive on their home enviorment. From risk of dying when mating, to eating only one type of leaf, their own type of ghonorrea that spreads easily due to the fact their young can't digest eucalyptus and thus eat the poop of their mothers. Koalas would give Darwin a mad headache. As a speacies in nature, they are already extinct, as they depend on humans looking out for them. Humanity, ironically enough, could be the best thing that happened to Koalas.

They are the reverse of the Jatkosota high. Where they have no supplies but they keep winning because of their strategy and planning.

They got steamrolled by pravda-st gloriana and kuromorimine, those are literally some of the best teams, they gave did disproportionately well vs the uni team, and they narrowly lost to Ooarai, dominating most of the match, which is literally THE best team.
Literally since their very first main showing they're learned to adapt to guerilla hit and run tactics leveraging their lighter team comp.
As an Australian citizen i can comfirm the Koalas command the tanks.

Good luck trying to fit an Emu in a tank. Really, the Emus are the tanks. Just they didn't meet the weight requirement. So they had to opt for the second best and a Koala as a Tank Commander.

We need to keep this in mind. Australians lost a war they created against a FLIGHTLESS BIRD. LOST a war. If anything. In the film itself in particular, it's unconfirmed as to what happened to Chi-Ha-Tan in their bout against Koala Forest High. I think what happened to the former is that they charged [in typical Chi-Ha-Tan behaviour], thinking that they were going up a hill, but ran into a tall cliff wall, which was undetectable from a distance. From Koala Forest's perspective, it would seem that the enemy got cold feet, but unbeknownst to them, Chi-Ha-Tan slid and crashed into a wall.
In that case, I'm wondering how the recovery crews managed to get over there and lift them out.
