Proofs:
1- In deleted scene diaologes Stuart said that he is going to garage for getting Gale a beer.
2- Billy was at outside and Ghostface came garage inside of the house.
3- Ghostface was clumsy at the chase and we know Stuart .

@@readAlmond no, there is way more evidence towards it being stu, ill just put a few points here, why would billy go back into the house if he comes around the side, the garage door is open, and it would be way less risky to take it off there incase a partygoer goes back there, he would also need extra time to hang himbry as he did it alone, thats why he gave stu that look, thats also just billy arriving at the party
