For Vince Amber was downstairs turning the power off. Wes is definitely Richie. Same killing style as Mindy's attack which he defo committed cus Amber was with Tara.
we see when amber attacks Richie her knife is clean, and when she pulls out the second knife on Dewey, it’s also clean, plus Richie was already on the floor and if it was amber she would’ve already attacked Tara at that point
