I hope you love this style. I had a bit of a creative streak and decided to just go for it! This natural hairstyle could easily be a protective style and worn this Summer. It's easy to do, it can be done quickly and you could even braid the ponytail into a JUMBO BRAID. The hair used is Que Premium Soft Jumbo Braiding Hair in a #4. I absolutely love it. Looks easy to me as I am good with braiding and adding hair. I can see how it would look more complicated to a less experienced braider or someone not comfortable doing hair. Will definitely add this to my list of summer styles. I plan on putting a twist on it by actually braiding the ponytail in 3 individual braids and putting beads on the end.
Very cute! Not complicated at all...looks like it may take about 20 minutes depending on how long you take to braid! Love it!

Def. easy. I was looking for a protective style that I could do with the braid hair I had that wasn't enough for a full head of braids. This was perfect, easy, and quick.

@@face1647 I tie a silk scarf around it and leave the ponytail hanging bc I have one of those long durag type things that people with dreads/braids can use so my ponytail is able to hang a bit while tied up. I put the ponytail inside of it and tie it in the front like you would a durag. I hope you could understand that!

One of the best hairstyles I have seen in a long time, and the way you showed us makes it easy for anyone to do this hairstyle. The style reminds me of a hairstyle I saw in the film coming to America,. you definitely did that, it looks amazing. I was looking for ways I could style my natural hair and I have definitely found a great hairstyle. The style is very glamours.

Since doing this video I have seen where people dip their rubber bands in olive oil and castor oil so we have to give that a try too! Lol

I took this style down right after, but I have used this hair before and it never tangled bad so I continued to reuse it. At night I tried my hair down with a scarf and added a bonnet over the pony.

I used Que Jumbo Braiding hair
I wore this hairstyle for the reggae rise up concert. I just added colorful beads to a strand in the back and the one hanging in front of my face. I got tons of compliments! It was a bit harder than it looks. But practice makes perfect. I really was feeling myself:)
