When a character has a projectile move such as Hadouken, sometimes with a no brainer, we will spam it to put pressure on the opponent. But when characters have limited amount of projectiles, you have to make each shot count which leads to calculated play. And that makes them enjoyable, both to play as and fight against.
I actually like infinite projectiles in this game, because most characters have a counter for it or some form of dealing with them. I don't think it's even possible to win completely by spamming projectiles at a moderate and higher level of play. Unless the matchup is a hard counter.
Oh, that's pretty cool. I used to be a HUGE KI fan but I've never really gotten into this game... Gold's my shit, man. Is this game worth getting into? I heard it has GoW, chars Halo chars, and a Battletoad in it lol.
Yea, to be completely honest KI is one of my favorite games ever, and now would be a good time to get into it. I think the reason I enjoy it so much is because you can do all of these sick looking combos super easily. it comes down to basically anything you do looks awesome and the deeper in you get the more mind games start to take place. This isn't a frantic 3d fighter either, it's not like guilty gear where stuffs flying around the screen at all times and people are dashing in, but it's not super slow either where people are waiting to get in. Obviously I would highly recomend this game and it's easy to get into. And if you feel like playing some matches sometime, hit me up in xbox live ! hope this helped

Celldweller & Atlas Plug should have another "Creating The Music For" video out for Eagle. I want to see and hear the real-life Nez Percé people who were involved, especially Eagle's voice actor and those who performed the singing of his theme.

As in, they're not speaking English or Japanese (instead speaking a legit Native American language - Nez Perce in this case), and they aren't using some shitty trope that Native Americans tend to get thrown into.

When the native children in Canada were taken to residental school they were punished for speaking their lanuage and as a result forgot it. He didn't pass on the lanuage or his hunting/fishing skills because he wanted them to study. None of my cousins can speak our lanuage, we just knows bits and pieces. My mom and her sister can speak it, but they never taught us. So here, in Canada the Ojibway and Cree lanuages are almost lost. Every other native I know (and believe we there are a lot in Winnipeg) just speaks English.
Then document the hell out of it. Preserve the language in any way you feel you have to. Latin has no real practical use, and yet it is taught as a foreign language course in plenty of colleges/high schools around the world (then again, wouldn't be surprised if the reason was more whitewashing). I theorize that if you can find someone to teach you the language, then do so. And then write books teaching others. Maybe someone will read them. Maybe they won't. But preservation of history should be something we as humans have a responsibility to, right? Both the good and the bad (because I swear to god, if all that we end up keeping recorded is more whitewashed Klankake bullshit, then I'm gonna flip).
I can't tell what's his archetype, as an archer I thought he be a keep away/ zoner with limited resources but his close-up game seems pretty decent as well plus he's got his brother Sky Fall move too.

Here, I'll help you. TJ Combo has a glitch where his combo is unbreakable after a target combo into shadow knee. that's one. now give me examples of others since the game is "filled" with them. shouldn't be hard to come up with another 5. and what? no 1st to 10?
This looks great, but maybe a patch or a mini update to smooth eagle out would help it, just a tad bit in his animation frames, but it's nice to see that eagle is an official fighter and not just a comic character or a minor character mentioned in thunder's story, but now is apart of the roster! Let's hope the next KI game includes all the roster from here (not counting guest characters) even the clone characters, shin hisako and Kilgore maybe play a role in the next game or update if this continues. But all in all, I look forward to what KI has in store for it and it's future.

I know alot of people are complaining about the animations But this is what you guys asked for. The COMMUNITY begged for completely new characters even though you all knew that the game had a small budget and was running low on money. This is the result. The reason we got clone characters like Kilgore and Shin Hisako was because the game studio knew Killer Instinct had run its course. What you guys should of begged for was a new game for the future. That way you could of gotten a completely new game built from the ground up on a new budget.

Agreed. What would be interesting to see; also for him to be up to par with his brother, is if his guardian spirit were to fuse with the last arrow that he shot at Fulgore. Maybe afterwards when Fulgore lands on the ground, the guardian spirit fused arrow AND Eagle would do an aerial stomp on him.
Music is annoying and his animations look stiff. I never played KI in my life, probably never will considering that I have to get Windows 10. But I love everything about the game without playing it, so far this character is the worst - in my honest opinion.
