Wil continue this. Exercise and recovery is the key. My dad is 91 and done well. He exercised in his later life. Guess that is the key. And to recover properly.
So glad I've stumbled upon this. I've trained for over 30 years. I'm 52 now and my body hurts. I have to learn to recover more between workouts.
