I have a theory on what caused the one with the home depot commercial in it, it could have been a ram failure or something related to that while on air.
My assumptions of how some of these happened:
At 1:31, I think that the broadcast may have gotten itself stuck in an infinite loop. I have no idea where the bar at the top came from.
The technical difficulties that happened while airing Baboushka were caused by the mic picking up its own audio.
10:47 was probably caused by someone bumping into the tape player.
Babushka was pre-recorded, therefore a mic issue is unlikely.
