  • Ahead of next month's Women's Rugby World Cup, we asked some of the stars of the England Women's team to take us through some fitness drills that everyone can try at home.
    The team have already shared their tips on rugby skills, diet, nutrition as well as the core skills required to compete at an elite level.
    Now, Kat Merchant, Georgina Gulliver, Lydia Thompson and Kay Wilson highlight some fitness drills you can do in the comfort of your own home.
