Or you mean it actually looks better than those because the residents are actually economically productive and self sufficient, not a bunch of druggies using government benefits? Ok.

Mexico has many different regions, and probably the Mexicans in that area are all from one region. You need to do a presentation on how Latino's interact among the same nationality. All Americans do not get along.
take cubans, VERY regionalistic. Havana dont like eastern cuba.. nobody seams to like Holguin. Camaguey and Havana Beef. Eastern Pinar del rio is like, the Alabama of Cuba.. made fun of for being country and somewhat slow.
