Dr. Mike i listen to all of your videos and i hope an idiot like me can actually remember all of this information and understand it. I am finally subscribing to this channel and giving your videos a like, i have started a journey recently to try and drop weight and gain muscle. Started at 309 lb now down to 293 after a month or so going to the gym 4 times a week 30 mins a day. adding some cardio in there about 4-5 times a week. I hope to one day be lean and strong, and be able to eat right...
I've been for working out 20+ yrs. I'm 40 yrs old. I've learned that sticking to basics and getting good tension working out. I just eat good and rest good. Programs work when you stick them so do what fits your lifestyle. Some people work alot but I understand. I work 5- 6 days a week and always figure out time to workout atleast 45 minutes. Sometimes I get really big and most times I'm lean. Just don't be lazy and stick with the basics, it works
