This tune absolutely blew up the NYC Virgin Megastore in the summer of 2007. Heard it on the PA there and it was sounding so nice I thought it was straight from JA. One of the biggest American Reggae tunes ever. Straight up.
Luv their sound! Meet the guys a few years ago on the Warp Tour and they were super cool! Can't wait to see them again on the same tour! Luv this song too!
First time I heard this was in the NYC Virgin Megastore. My first impression was "What is this fantastic 70s Lovers Reggae I've never heard before!?! and WHY are they playing it at the Virgin Megastore!?! THIS RULES." and it was the Aggrolites. That whole album is BOSSSSSSSS.
This reminds me of the the type of reggae that they were playing in the 60s and 70s what with real instruments as oppose to the computer business that is so prevelent in the present music - not all of it mind you but a large poportion of it. Nice one guys
I commented on this video 8 years ago. I met this song thanks to the movie Bandslam, when I was only 11 year old. I loved it. Time passed by very fast, and very slow at the same time...
Depuis un an, je la cherche cette chanson, j'ai eu un coup de foudre, alors que c'est pas mon style de musique habituel. Avant le bac, elle va etre trop bien a écouter
"when i walked inside that house my mouth dropped to the floor... she said hey babe i like to go u dont come round here no more... i said woman whatchu talking about my love for u has grown... she said i've done a lot of thinking and i need some FREE TIME of my own!!!"
Neither am I. I don't mind what Warped Tour has become. (( Im going! )) Im not really into reggae music...but, its all right. I can't hurt to try. Yeah, i agree all the way w/ the labeling, we're humans, not soup cans.
First heard it on the “Bandslam” movie, like 10 years ago, and never stopped listening, love you Aggrolites❤️
