Well, even if there is free material around nobody can build a house like this for free. Digging out a cave by hand and make simple furniture, but this is way beyond that.
Very different kind of project from the building videos I've been watching. So cool to see the various tradesmen at work. Especially was impressed by the wood artisan who crafted those amazing archways, as well as all the different aspects to the brick laying.
Been following this for years. I think it is cool building in difficult areas. Here in the US this wouldn't even come close to being attempted. They would build on the side of a cliff before this.
This looks so easy, but the amount of money and connections needed to make this happen is absolutely tremendous. The permit needed for this construction would require strong backing.
Hahahaha Permit? It's china. Safty isn't required. That dirt mountian after a long rain will turn to mud and most likely kill these people. Look at the water erosion in the upper hill side cuts at the end of the video.
Much respect and admiration for the skill, dedication and hard work of the people!! They all are absolutely AMAZING!! How long did it take from start to finish and what is the number called of how many brick were used?? 🤔😬😳 Can it be written with numbers?? This was an AWESOME video but I was so disappointed the videographer didn't do a walk through of everything at the end 😟 What did the bottom section even look like inside? Also I have no idea what a lot of things were 🤔🤔🤔 I think in the top when you first go in was a resting area but why did it have to be built so high and why so many different shapes and sections of the bricks below it???? I have so many questions.
I agree with everything you said, but I would add that I didn't see any rebar or any reinforcements added in the pavements or buildings. There is also a concern of sliding. Cool idea, but looks like an eventual death trap to me. You see a lot of this in South East Asia. On a side note. I have never understood why similar cultures may have all sorts of construction equipment, but still avoid using welding shields. I have a brother in-law that uses sun glasses. Afterwards, his eyes burn and his throat is irritated.
The idea and execution is awesome. However, - how big is the property? - can you own a hill? and where? what country allows to own part of a mountain or a hill? - what about the soil erosion? part of the hill was left barren and unprotected. that is concerning. the rains would damage it. Nonetheless big kudos for accomplishing the task!
This is a preper's wonder home. Really out of the way, Granted is in open but the high ground is fantastic I feel. Approch is not easy either. Looks self sustaning for long time and well, very defenceable. Except for the earthen build. Nice.
demasiados anucios, en lo demas esta fenomenal donde naci no se construye de esa manera la encuentro mas dificil pero hermosa mas estilo y necesita ser mas especialista por la cantidad de detalles en pocas palabras me encanto
It would have been cheaper and faster to make blocks instead of bricks. The blocks could have been made out of rammed Earth. The same dirt that they are gouging out of the hillside. This technique requires very little cement.
first serious rain season and the whole lot slides down the hill . Really bad engineering . You wouldn't be getting me in one of those ready made coffins
The management of this project must have been intense, alas one thing is missing in the traditional sense - connection and shelter. great in the day whilst weather is warm. No covered hall, dining area or tunnels between the top, bottom and rooms for when the weather changes or even night time.
Thank you for the detailed feedback! You’re right; some elements of connection and shelter are missing from the traditional design. I’ll consider adding covered areas and connecting paths to make the home more comfortable in all weather.
So he’s destroyed beautiful landscape that’s been there since the dawn of time. I thought when you find a beautiful place you build so it doesn’t affect your surroundings and blends in. Not this rubbish. No footings, not one bit of rebar in site. One good tremor and that’s coming down.
Yes, it is also our home, a place to live and raise livestock, grow crops to provide for ourselves. For me, it is the wonderful life I have always dreamed of.
Look at all the mountains around it. They seem to be mainly made of dirty sand. I'd rather see a build that's part of the landscape than a European build on top of the land.
What a beautiful build by beautiful men. I've never seen anything like it.
Einfach großartig was die Leute bauen. Da können wir uns ein Beispiel nehmen. Große Klasse 👍 👍👍
At the end of the video. Look at the water erosion on the upper cut in hill sides. Not good!
He must be a multi-millionaire, to pay for all that! Cheaper to build a house for the family!
If doo doo hit the fan, would youonow how to survive if you couldn't stay in your house?
@@janetwatson7966 LMAO, you don't know where I live! 😂

Much money, short on brains.
This is what you would call a boondoggle.
Someone has more money than brains.
The impression I get is that the Owner of the Building is also the Owner of a Brickyard.
Saya dari Indonesia mengikuti video ini sangat hebat kerja keras yang baik sangat baik saya mendukung chanel ini semangat ❤👍🙏🎁🔔
I loved the desert reclamation turning it green was really cool to watch.
Desert reclamation? Most of it is brick and cement. The whole area around the site is green, not the site itself (1:19:45).
Very different kind of project from the building videos I've been watching. So cool to see the various tradesmen at work. Especially was impressed by the wood artisan who crafted those amazing archways, as well as all the different aspects to the brick laying.
Wow a simple sheep herder builds a multi million dollar house. Do the sheep crap out gold?????

Oh, but I'd much rather look at the detailed brickwork than what appears to be white plastic. 😧
Very creative and YOU GUYS have many friends and inspiration to do this project. AMAZING
There must be a secret tunnel, dinning room/hall, sitting and livind room and another bed room etc.
I love to see house tour videos.
This looks so easy, but the amount of money and connections needed to make this happen is absolutely tremendous. The permit needed for this construction would require strong backing.

Genius? Can't you do anything like this, building on loose soil? no foundation, no reinforced iron, no support beams???
Pray that no one dies.

The most expensive yet useless and dangerous construction i have ever seen.
It's a dirt mountian. The first time it rains hard for days.. Run for your life. These people arn't known for there safty...
Your design is amazing I love it !!❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
До первых дождей
Could have bought a hotel with the money spent on this build!
Whaou 🤩🤩 simplement magnifique 👍👍👍👍
Смоет всю эту красоту после первого же сильного дождя.
That doesn't actually happen, and several platforms at the top of the hill divert rainwater without forming flash floods
@@爱老虎松 We will never know. I'd be surprised if erosion has not already destroyed this entire property.
that will not happen

Профессионально кладут кирпич, связывая стены друг с другом, молодцы.
Nice house, but why ruin a whole mountain for one house?
For people with money, it's all about their egos. The pristine mountain is an unfortunate casualty.

Most countries let citizens own mountains and hills. It is considered property like any other property, just with a slope.
This is not a genius man this is a building site

I have built a tomb for the whole family.
Famous last words: Bring umbrellas because it looks like it's going to rain.
Guess it’s all okay until it rains, or you run out of gas money for the machines.

Nice, how long did it take to build?
This is distruction of nature not Renovation Process.
This work couldn’t be from a man!!
Its a work which is comming from a company or establishment
No money no places
Have money have places
No money no thing

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I’ll carefully consider the stability of the design and make improvements to ensure safety.
Ein reicher Mann gibt viel Geld aus. Und viele haben Arbeit. So sollte es sein.
I think he had enough money to stay anywhere. he just wanted to build this home.
Another pristine area of the planet irrevocably destroyed for a rich man's folly.
The guy is descended from kings. He built a fortress in the sky.

çok uğraş, az sonuç. günümüz mantığı ile olacak iş değil. farklı düşünüyorlar. yumuşak toprak bile olsa videoda çok kolay iş gibi duruyor ama değil.
Too much wasted space could house a whole village in what he excavated alone
What are the platforms in the rooms for?
