I suppose the land owner can do as he pleases, nothing surprises nowadays, how do people sleep at night. At least your daughter saw it before the devastation, my feelings are the same as yours....and quite a few more nature lovers too I reckon.
This was a very pleasant walk. I was lucky enough to see a deer once when I was there with my daughter. Seeing it in this state is so terribly sad. Has there been any explanation as to why this happened?
This was a quiet peaceful place, somewhere for walking,away from the madding crowd.But then why should that matter, there's no money to be made from preserving the planets natural beauty.

This is an absolute disgrace. Just been by there this morning. There were even Green Woodpeckers nesting there.
A disgrace indeed. I was fortunate in having some footage from the summer to compare, least we not be reminded of how nice it was...........
