This takes time to make the bread it’s not make the dough and then bake it later this is not that.
THIS TAKES 2 DAYS TO MAKE
For two loaves of bread, put them in a container.
    1 cup sourdough starter
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/4 cup olive oil

**Whisk starter, olive oil, and water till combined. Then add the flour all at once. Mix with a fork, then mix with your hands until you get a shaggy dough. Cover with a shower cap.
** Wait an hour, then stretch, pull, and fold your dough. Turn your 1/4 turn the bowl and stretch, pull, and fold. 1/4 turn your bowl and stretch, pull, and fold your dough. 1/4 turn your bowl, stretch, pull, and fold the dough. 1/4 turn your bowl, stretch, pull, and fold your dough. You will repeat this twice. Put a shower cap on it and let it rest for 1 hour.
****I have the hours marked 1-5 hours because you need to let it rest for 1 hour in between folds****
** At the 1 hour mark, stretch, pull, and fold your dough. LET IT REST FOR 8-10 HOURS
**The dough should be doubled in size by then, take off the shower cap, dump the dough on your counter, divide the dough in 1/2, then stretch, pull, and fold the dough, stretch, pull and fold the dough, into a round loaf shape once you get into the round shape.
** Put the loaves of bread in their baskets, put the shower caps back on, put them in the refrigerator for 2 days minimum up to 4 days if you need to.
** In a Dutch oven or sourdough bread pan, or you could use 2 bread pans the same size, use 1 as a lid, put the loaves in and you will need to score it deep on top of the dough.
** Bake at 450°F covered for 1 hour
