You will repeat this 2x’s put a shower cap on it. LET IT REST FOR 8-10 HOURS **The dough should be doubled in size by then, take off the shower cap, dump the dough on your counter, divide the dough in 1/2, then stretch, pull, and fold the dough, stretch, pull and fold the dough, into a round loaf shape once you get into the round shape. ** Put the loaves of bread in their baskets, put the shower caps back on, put them in the refrigerator for 2 days minimum up to 4 days if you need to. ** In a Dutch oven or sourdough bread pan, or you could use 2 bread pans the same size, use 1 as a lid, put the loaves in and you will need to score it deep on top of the dough. ** Bake at 450°F covered for 1 hour
