Your episode on finding a Bible helped me to find a Bible. Be reading it almost daily. Gotten farther in reading it. You have helped me. 🙏. But I also thank God and Jesus for nudging me. An not giving up on me
I find it easyer by finding scriptures that i can really relate to; like psalms 23; Ephesians 6:10-18; Little by little I am digging in deeper to the bible
I had issues with reading the Bible, too, because I couldn't seem to absorb what I was reading. A dear friend told me she had the same issue & what she taught me was the most precious gift ever (other than God's gift to us). She told me, "When you pick up your Bible to read, ask God to "help you to understand & absorb all of his words & the lessons to learn through the wonderful gift of the Bible." It's that simple! Slowly, the more often I read, the more I began to understand & absorb. I could even remember small details & passages. God wants us to know him well & to be able to understand our Bible so that we may fully understand him & we may teach others. I hope this helps. One of the most important things my family and I started doing since I became newlyborn in Christ Jesus around 4 years ago, was picking up the Bible for ourselves (for the first time in my life) and reading it cover to cover... We are still reading it constantly and it is one of the best things we've ever started doing in this life. We go through the New Testament at least once a year from Matthew to Revelation and work through the Old Testament by reading it on Sundays. May God grant the strength and conviction to anyone reading this to see the Truth in my words. Pick up your Bibles and read it diligently, for the reward is unfathomable. A wise man said: "When you pray you speak to God, when you read your Bible, God speaks to you". God Bless.
Exactly! When I stopped reading my Bible I forgot all about the enemy and spiritual warfare and got a real shaking from the enemy. If I had remained in God's Word daily this would never have happened. I have rarely used the word 'I hate' but I hate what I have done. God has assured me that He will never leave me, never forsake me during this fall but I know that Jesus has prayed for me like He did for Peter before Peter's fall when He denied Jesus 3 times. The enemy tried to condemn me and destroy me after this fall and condemn me that God could never love me now, my purpose was over, but my loving Abba Father has reassured me He still loves me, will never leave me or forsake me even though I have neglected Him and I am clinging to Jesus, without which I have absolutely nothing. I am a very weak vessel but I pray God can still use me in some small way. I love you Jesus and I am sorry that I neglected to read my Bible. Thank you for bringing me back to my Bible. Amen.
I have written the entire Bible by hand going on the second time. It is such a rewarding experience! God gave me the idea which is so amazing because I 14:20 am writing and reading it at the same time. I highly recommend writing it.

I needed this sobering reminder. Thank you for starting this series. It was convicting, especially the part where you mentioned that we claim to be Christians but haven't read the Bible cover to cover (paraphrased). Although I've tried to complete it, I usually end up not finishing it. This video challenged me to start again. This channel is a blessing. Especially when one comes from a church background where although vital biblical truths are preached from the pool pit, it does not in any way teach how to live it out (+++legalistic). Please pray for me. As much as I know in my spirit I need to leave, it seems impossible to break free from. Take care. God bless you and this ministry.

I do agree with you. When I was a kid, I asked my Father, why I can't understand the new testament. My Father said to me " If you want to know the the whole new gospel, you have to read the whole Bible from Old testament". But I ignored what my Father says to me. Couple of years have passed, I had 1 week local vacation. During that days, I start reading the Old Testament. Believe me, I am cryng. It opens my understanding about God Yahweh. Although I've tried to complete it, I usually end up not finishing it. This video challenged me to start again. This channel is a blessing. Especially when one comes from a church background where although vital biblical truths are preached from the pool pit, it does not in any way teach how to live it out (+++legalistic). I do agree with you. When I was a kid, I asked my Father, why I can't understand the new testament. My Father said to me " If you want to know the the whole new gospel, you have to read the whole Bible from Old testament". But I ignored what my Father says to me. Couple of years have passed, I had 1 week local vacation. During that days, I start reading the Old Testament. Believe me, I am cryng. It opens my understanding about God Yahweh. He is a typical Father. He corrects us and He punish yet He always opens His arms to us. Yes, He is a jealous God - He doesn't want other God to be praise and worship because they are False Gods.
