Guys, i am from Pakistan. I love podcasts and have never heard an indian podcasts, but you both are fantastic. I'm so happy to see two authentic women sharing their authentic selves with us. Best of luck!! Lots of love.
The amount of guilt I'd feel when I used to get permission to go out finally but in my head I know it didn't go down happily so now I can't enjoy the experience I fought for
Now I remember where I saw Naina Bhan... she is the lady in Phone Pe ads. (Thinking about where i saw her for 2 days straight and then suddenly it striked my mind). I thought who is she.. her acting is very good... then i also got to know she acted in Netflix series "Class".
At 36:40 , are there tears in Naina’s eyes ????? Because I’m also feeling that relationship talks with parents is all we need , to know about what really matters in relationships 😢 But we all are lacking in it
finally the old goofy *background is backkkkk!!!!also i can already predict the video will be wholesome....but writing the comment is foremost important to win the first comment tag🤣❣❣❣❣
Best best best episode so far!!!! Why has nobody else thought of doing this before, would have saved me sm guild/ resentment/ bad vibes !!! You both are so authentic and wonderful and funny!!
Speaking as a millennial.. Sakshi, it was quite ignorant and narrow to claim that the kids who did not party during 11th and 12th don’t have a personality and have a boring job. Clearly you don’t know much about that side, there are some brilliant people with even more amazing personalities who did not party away the most important time of their lives. I sm talking wbout the engineers who went to good schools like IITs. They are also richer than you (on an average would have saved 1 cr at your age). I love most of your content but this particular comment riled me up because it sounds like you have never interacted with this crowd of smart people.
The number of people who become millionaires are far few and in between in any country. One of the best way to meet people and deal with different people is putting yourself in different social situations. As a kid you have no option except for fests and parties.
Thank you for sharing your feelings so openly Naina and Sakshi! You two are amazing and I love this podcast. Have suggested moments of silence pod to my wife and sister recently too. Hope they find it just as relatable too. 😊
For me, if my parents don't allow me to go out, I just cry. They feel thoda guilty that they're making their 21 year old grownass adult child cry and caves. Works every single time for me 😊
Agree to disagree on this one. I am a woman who is working as a software developer. I was born and raised in Delhi and yea the teenage years were not as happening as yours (in terms of doing drugs, smoking and alcohol) but I am definitely in a better place than my peers especially arts and commerce student stuck between finding jobs, looking to move out but cannot because they don't make enough money, dependent on their parents whereas I am not and I am definitely partying and buying shit that I don't even need. My parents were not that strict tho I just didn't find the appeal in smoking, and drinking is fun whenever I go out to parties where as they did it in their early years and now they are trying to stop it but cannot. Most of all they are struggling with their identity. And my parents were not strict with guys either because I had both guy friends and girl friends. Even dated in my school years. Idk man props to my parents. 🥰❤️
