- Been so long since I've taught some songs over here that I forgot the segment was called "GOT RIFFS?"
Anyway, a couple of you have asked for it and here it finally is, my version of the legendary solo from mr. EVH, totally butchered up from the original
With the positive caveat that this way you can learn it without having a Floyd Rose or something of the sort so there's that going for it, hope you enjoy it!

Thank you very much friend, but could you upload a video of the tabs of the solo, and I have a question, when I tap on the 14th fret, it doesn't sound, but if I do it on its octave of the same string it does sound, but Very little, how do I make it sound like this, can you upload a tutorial on how to do the tap harmonics, please?
I don't have any tabs for this sadly, I learned it by ear 😬 for the tap harmonics it just comes down to using the pad of the fingers instead of how you would do it conventionally when thinking about doing a hammer on/pull off. I'll see if I can do a video on this and will let you know when I upload it

Hi I don't want to downtune my guitar a half step because I'm worried it will effect the action. Do you think it's ok to play the same frets you mention in e standard as long as I'm playing along to e standard backing track or version of the song?

Hey man great tutorial so far just one question. I’m Around 6:21 on the tutorial and it sounds super quiet compared to yours. I’m tryna to press as hard as I can but it still comes off super quiet. What should I do to make it sound louder?
Hey, thanks for your comment! Do you mean the notes sound quiet? From which hand? Left or right?
Bernardo Branco yah the notes sound quiet. So far my right hand sounds good but when I’m pulling off with my left hand especially the pinky it’s super quiet. So I’m not sure how I can work on making it sound louder besides turning up the volume.
This is very hard, it will get better as I practice
