If a password has been set on the console, then once it has been entered the unprivileged prompt will appear. This is displayed as a > or chevron. Because in an earlier video I had changed the name to R the router prompt displayed was R>

Mine is showing that it's locked by the author's design for configure. How do I unlock?

You can't, is it part of an assessment? You would need instructor version of the software and a packet file password to edit. You can still practice by starting a fresh file

Just encrypt the password so if you type enable secret and then the password it will replace the plain text password with an encrypted one

I typed the console password which was set in a different video. Console password is set to get into the first "prompt"
