How to Dispatch Brown Trout After Catch! 💀

this video I dispatch Brown Trout that I was taking home to eat today. I use my Terävä Jääkäripuukko which is easily one of my favorite outdoors and survival knives to do so. One quick clean cut behind the head by the brain and down into the body cavity. I can also bleed them out. I toss them in the water to keep fresh until I leave. I also field sharpen my knife. This is how I dispatch Brown Trout after catching them!

The best wild food we have up here is trout and charr. Well in theory we have salmon too but I never caught one. Also ptarmigan is very tasty. Thinking about it there is quite a lot I actually haven't eaten that I should do before making statements like that😂.

That was a decent size on those 2 trout's you have a different way of dispatching them i usually break the neck when i do it.
