- Moani is the name of a female Eagle who was escued in Alert Bay in October of 2019. She was badly injured and was sent to MARS Wildlife Rescue to be rehabilitated. On January 27th / 2020 she was returned and released to her home here in Alert Bay. Moani is a little miracle. Thank you everyone who has made her rescue possible. It was a team effort.
