How come no egg white for shrimp prep? I ask because I see everybody put egg white for the marinate.
Hi Nina. What can I use to make it dark without changing the flavor. Also can I use seafood stock instead of chicken stock.
Yes Jackie, use 1 tablespoon of regular soy sauce and add 1/3 teaspoon of dark mushrooms soy sauce for a darker color instead of salt, and if u have seafood stock, it’s a better flavor too
