Thank u appreciate your efforts, am a construction manager with a construction and planning degree but no real practical experience with working with electricsbut was managing the build of a LV plant room, which had I think 8 distribution boards and also a BMS panel, for a commercial building and this got me more interested in learning about electrical wiringI feel if u were abroad you would be making some serious money with your experience and skill
Great stuff! Thanks for the explanation. Have you ever used an Elspec meter PQ meter? They have a PURE meter that requires no prefiguring, like your videos it makes it simple to troubleshoot. I look forward to more videos.
What is the normal operating temperature of a busbar ? Or at what temp should I replace my busbar before it gets to the point of getting burnt-out? Hope you can answer :) thank you brother!
A busbar is the common electrical terminal or bar where main and sub-main electrical circuits are connected. and it's usually in large installations. TAKE AN EXAMPLE In a small installation (domestic) Power is from the electric pole to the metering box, by use of calculated load cable, from the metering box to the consumer unit(main switch) and then final circuits. In large installations (industrial or commercial buildings) Power from electric pole usually 3phase to 3phase metering box, by use of calculated load cable(incoming cable) to MCCB then to Busbar. purpose In industries or commercial building there is a lot of outgoing circuit main and sub. there is no consumer unit that houses all those circuits. that's why BUSBARS come in hand. A busbar can take circuits so long as the total load does not exceed the Bursbar rating
