    솜털처럼 부드럽고 촉촉한 연유 카스테라를 만들었어요~
    연유의 풍미가 고소하게 나서 저는 그냥 카스테라 보다 연유 카스테라가 조금 더 맛있었던 것 같아요~
    구워서 바로 먹는 것도 맛있지만 카스테라는 역시 냉장실에서 차갑게 숙성 시켜 먹어야 풍미가 더 잘 느껴진답니다~
    작은 팬에 구우니 봉긋하게 부푼 모습이 더 먹음직스럽고 시각적으로도 만족스러운 것 같아요~
    기본적인 케이크라서 요즘 집에 있으면서 간단하게 만들어 먹기 좋은 케이크랍니다~^^

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 16.5cm
    ▶재료
    무염버터 70g
    우유 60g
    연유 70g
    달걀노른자 6개
    바닐라익스트랙 5g
    소금 1g
    박력분 100g
    달걀흰자 6개
    설탕 100g
    ▶레시피
    1. 끓인 물이 담긴 냄비 위에 볼을 올리고 무염버터, 연유, 우유를 넣고 중탕으로 녹인 뒤 냄비에서 볼을 내리고 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
    2. 달걀노른자를 넣고 섞고 소금, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 체에 거른다.
    3. 랩을 씌워 50도 정도의 물 위에 올려 둔다.
    4. 달걀흰자를 휘핑하다가 큰 거품이 올라오면 설탕을 나눠 넣고 휘핑해 아주 부드러운 뿔이 서는 머랭을 만든다.
    5. 노른자 반죽을 물에서 내려 한번 섞고 머랭을 조금 넣고 섞은 뒤 머랭에 섞은 반죽을 넣고 섞는다.
    6. 틀에 붓고 기포정리를 한 뒤 70도 정도의 뜨거운 물이 담긴 팬 위에 올려 150도 예열한 오븐에서 40분을 굽고 온도를 130도로 내려 25분 정도 더 굽는다.

    70g Unsalted butter
    60g Milk
    70g Condensed milk
    6 Egg yolks
    5g Vanilla extract
    1g Salt
    100g Cake flour
    6 Egg whites
    100g Sugar

      So I wasted like 8 eggs cause I couldn't get the egg yolks and whites separated CUZ ITS SO HARD HOW DO YOU NOT POP IT. I had my mom help me and it tasted exactly how you'd think. Condense milk. The only way I can describe it is "fluffy condense milk." Don't get me wrong, it tastes so good, but I'm horrible at explaining things so it's probably not as appetizing as it sounds. So I recommend trying it. The ingredients are really easy to find.

    따라서 만들어봤는데 완전 대~박 부드럽고 진짜 살살 녹습니다. 우유없이도 목 하나도 안맥히고 샤르르 녹네요 완전
    그리고 연유때문인지 특유의 풍미도 너무 좋아요.

    This bread is incredible. I watch sooooo many cooking tree videos and finally worked up the courage to try a recipe. Winner winner! Definitely work but if you follow the recipe exactly you won’t have any problems. I didn’t have cake flour so i used bread flour and it came out just as amazing.     방금만들었는데 뭐이레 맛있데요 존맛레시피 인정 완전 인정... 저는 정사각2호틀 넘게 나오더라구요 머랭을 더올린건지 ㅠㅠ 나머지는 머핀틀에 구웠는데 연유크림만들어 필링해 먹었는데 쓰러집니다 ㅠ 온가족이 순삭해서 이거 만들려고 정사각틀 더사요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아 진짜 진짜 마싯어요...(진지)👍🏻👍🏻

    뜨거운물의 양은 어느정도로 부어야 할까요?? 물이 줄어들때마다 추가로 뜨거운물을 보충해주면 되려나 ㅎㅎ 깊은팬이 없어 부을수있는 물의양이 적을거 같아서요 ..ㅜㅜ

    저도 지금 점심으로 만들어가려고 하고있어요. 시간도 없고 엘지광파오븐이라 5도정도 올려서 40분굽고 135도에서 20분 더 굽는중입니다

    오븐에 넣기전 마지막 반죽에 공기방울이 너무 많이 생겨요ㅜㅜㅜ 어떻게 하면 매끄러운 반죽을 만들수있나요?
