@@shootingchamps I have a LP500 and never adjusted the trigger other than moving the trigger blade to fit me. The pistol does not get shot a lot, it more for pleasure. Over time the cocking lever would not stay back after cocking and go back down before you could load the pellet. It got progressively worse to the point it would just fire as the cocking lever went back down or after I loaded a pellet. I adjusted the trigger and got it better, though I don’t like how the trigger feels. That said I put it in dry fire mode and cocked and dry fired about 100 times without issue. I just wanted to make sure it was safe. As I continued the pistol fired on is own 4 times in a row after cocking the lever and placing it back down in the fire position a second or two after doing so before I pulled the trigger. Then I continued for another 50 times and it was fine. Something is wrong with it and just want to start over from square one adjusting the trigger.
