Fixing a glitch in the Frankenstein Slim HP MicroController [Interference issue]

I realized an issue with using weak pull up feature in the microcontroller to use button inputs around lots of line voltage AC Power. I still got a glitch with switching the 240V reversing valve but that will be an easy fix later.
