I am so very glad that I found your site. I loved going out to eat Indian food when I lived in Boston for 15 years. I watch all of your videos, even if it's something that I am not sure I'll make, (of wich has been only 1 so far!)because I might find something to learn in it that I can use elsewhere. The one thing I noticed in one of your videos is something that I've been trying to find for a few years now, any chance you could let me know where you got the wooden proofing bowl with the lid, that is ideally perfect for what I need.
