The Prophet ﷺ said
If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud,
Then he should seek refuge with Allah from four things:
he says:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ،
مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر،
وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ،
وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ،
وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allaahumma ‘innee a’oothu bika,
min ‘adhaabil-qabr,
wa min ‘adhaabi Jahannam,
wa min fitnatil-Mahyaa wal Mamaat,
wa min sharri Fitnatil-Maseehid-Dajjal
O Allah, I take refuge in You,
From the punishment of the grave,
And from the torment of the Fire,
And from the trials and tribulations of life and death,
And from the evil affliction of Al-Maseeh Ad-Dajjal
(Sahih Al Bukhari )

Virtues of fasting on Mondays and Thursdays
Abu Qatadah al-Ansari narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about fasting on Mondays.
He ﷺ said: “On that day I was born,
and on it the Revelation came to me.”
(Narrated by Muslim, 1162)
‘Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said:
The Prophet ﷺ (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was keen to fast on Mondays and Thursdays.
(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 745; al-Nasai, 2361; Ibn Majah, 1739; classed as saheeh by al-Albani in Saheeh al-Targheeb, 1044)
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“Deeds are shown (to Allah) on Mondays and Thursdays,
and I like my deeds to be shown when I am fasting.”
(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 747;
classed as saheeh by al-Albani in Saheeh al-Targheeb, 1041)
May Allah Almighty forgive our sins guide us to the straight path and help us steadfast accept and grant all our secret and positive duas elevate our status in this life and the hereafter Ameen ya Rabb Alameen 🤲🕌📖📿💐

What if we don t understand arabic ....listening Quran does it have the same effect as if we understood ??
U will be rewarded the same good deed. Understanding allows u to increase ur iman with contentment. Bear in mind Allah swt loves the one that struggles for the sake for Allah swt.

A basic question :: Why would someone else get the punishment for your sins ; for the sins you did someone else should pay ???

@lubnaqureshi63 That's the whole point on how wonderful and merciful The One True God is. He loves you so much, that even tho your not deserving of it, He still died so that you can have fun forever everlasting. Salvation is the gift of God, not of works less anyone should boast. The Lord loves you brother; He knew you before He established the foundations of the earth; He also knew that He would have to die for you so that you can be with Him forever because He LOVES you. It's as simple as that; just accept the fact that He LOVES you, and get it over with, stop being stubborn. We're running out of time, and people in heaven cant wait to spend time with you.
