going through a tough divorce, after 8 years found out my ex husband was living dual lives all this time. he was in all sorts of haram activities and had no remorse. This is how I came to Islam. I was called over 15 yrs ago but i was scared. I had an accident this passed November and I was a hard core atheist. I had to be administered into a intensive care facility and one night this one Dua was playing and I was still scared but I wanted it. The feeling i felt that night felt like some one came to not allow me to die with this problem i had. Now I love Islam and I love listening to Akhi Mufti Menk. Mohammed apparently never existed historically and is only a fictional character in the Quran written By Marduk-allah priests in Qurasyh Mecca, Saudia Arabia in order to try to preserve the worshipping of Marduk who was worshipped in Saudia Arabia and the entire middle eastern countries but had been quickly being replaced by Christianity and Judaism. The Quraysh priests worshipped Marduk-allah in the kaaba but unlike the story of Quran the idol of marduk was never destroyed by mohammed but is hidden in the Kaaba. Marduk-allah is the pagan god of the moon and stars. The Quraysh priests decided to repeat some of the stories in the bible and characters like moses and Jesus making up exaggerated lies to claim that the real god was Marduk-allah and not Jesus or Yahweh. Again the Kaaba has the idol of Marduk-allah hidden in it this is why the Qurasyh priests told muslims to worship the kaaba by bowing down in front of it or by facing its direction. Marduk-allah was called various names is is considered the gods of gods of the Anunnaki pagan gods. The term allah means superior god of the gods of the kaaba. By doing this the Qurasyh priests sought support to expel christians and jews out of Saudia arabia and the middle east as they were upset that Christianity had been replacing idol worshipping of Marduk-allah. Yes the kaaba does have idol of Marduk and of even those of various pagan gods it housed in it when the Quraysh meccan's worshipped the kaaba. No mohammed never smashed the idols since mohammed never existed. There is no historical proof that mohammed existed in real life but is a mythical character in the Quran. The Quraysh priests wanted people to still worship the Kaaba that holds the Marduk-allah idol inside it. In the Quran it clearly says and repeats "we say this or did this" when referring to who is talking and who wrote the Quran which is various marduk priests. The Quran never says mohammed wrote it but that "we wrote this and we said this".

I am struggling with anxiety for 6-7 months now and I know Allah is the one who will help me and I need sabr. But sometimes it’s so hard and the anxiety is so strong. I am repeating trust in Allah, but sometimes it’s hard to get out of this panic. I know nothing will happen when Allah won’t allow it but my body won’t hearing at me :(
I have struggled with anxiety for over 10 years, and therapy taught me ways to calm down and have also been prescribed medication by the psychiatrist. Therapists changes and medication changes but one thing that ALWAYS helps me, without fail, is remembering Allah swt. I sleep better when I listen to Quran recitation. I dzikir such as saying Allahuakbar 33x or 100x when I’m feeling panicky. Of course before eating my medication (I am now on a lower dose) I have to say Bismillah because only Allah swt is the only one who can heal me.
Salaam Aleikum, don’t worry you are not alone. Many of us experience anxiety. It was addressed by our Prophet Mohammad, ahlahe salaam. Learn the Duaas for anxiety. Also I found that doing body stretches help. @rsigram6370

I am in really difficult time from health but elhamdulilLah i am avaible to work to pray and asking Allah for shifa and forgive our sins 🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻
