This was the best rock/metal concert I've ever been to. It was worth traveling from Chicago to Tilburg for this, and if they do The Source album I'll definitely try to do it again! Hopefully they do a different album in between though for the sake of my wallet!
The band practices for a year for these shows while the singers only have 10 hours! Arjen cant get them all together for longer than one long weekend. Its a miracle he can get them all at all.

This was performed in September 2023 at the 013 arena in Tilburg, Netherlands. Arjen announced one show, which sold out the 3000 tickets in no time, so they had to add 4 more shows and all sold out. They could have probably sold out more, but it was just not possible with the logistics the schedules of all the artists and the availability of the venue. Arjen is very easy to spot, he is the one taller than everyone else at 6 feet 7.

In order not to disappoint the fans, an extra was scheduled for Sunday afternoon, which was also gone within 3 minutes and a 5th show (Saturday afternoon) was added (sale of this show was 2 weeks later).
They did 5 shows in just one week-end! This was from the last show and still top notch quality. I was there and will certainly go to the next one. Epic experience.

The Sixth Extinction was the final track on that album second disc. Floor sang on the studio version. I think it just came out less than a day ago actually. No small feat, indeed, like Sasquatch. Probably takes up to 2 years minimum of planning, and the band an backing singers practice alot. Rest just comes the week before, and that really shows why they are the best of the best. Money wise, they get paid and expences, but most really like to work with Arjen and these shows are one of a kind, so some might even do them for free just to be part of it. There are no Ego's and that shows, that's why he has such a loyal fan base...
I think 25 main singers on stage... This show was a life changer experiencing 😮life. Watching this makes me so happy. It poors tears out of my eyes out of emotion. The tall guy is Arjen. Remember him. He is The God of Prog. But he is humble and pleasant. That's why he is able to put this amazing talents together. Everyone is honoured to sing for him and thoroughly enjoys each others company and talent. This is a miniature version of the perfect world we should have. And Joost..... Yes Joost....never underestimate the importance of Joost. He is a God by himself.
Love to hear Sir Joost van den Broek on keyboards. He has done so much since being in After Forever with Floor. Now they are Dutch superstars. As of course is Arjen Lucassen although sadly not in North America.
