I’ve watched this 3 times already lol. But that reminds me. There is this Hollow Knight TH-camr named Skurry. He does a lot of Hollow Knight gameplays and does randomizers. He did this thing in Hollow Knight called the Cursed Randomizer. Basically not only the enemies are randomized, but the items are too. I’m pretty sure that you can’t obtain focus when you first start out. Also the shops contain randomized items and you can get stuff with Geo, Essence, Grubs, or drops from Chests/Enemies (like the False Knight who dropped the city crest). Heck, you can even obtain dreamers (which starts the infection in the Forgotten Crossroads). This is just a suggestion, but I think you’d enjoy it. :)

To be honest, I think dying to Traitor Lord is the best end to Cloth's story. If you dreamnail her in Dirtmouth you find out the person she mentioned is dead. Cloth is looking for a good battle to die in.
Fun fact you can save cloth from dying! All u have to do is fight the traitor lord before u save cloth from the mawlecks then cloth will instead become a resident at dirt mouth.
