The trick to getting that piece off the mussel is using another mussel shell to almost scratch it off. It only comes off in one direction, big end to small end. Hope this helps 🥹

I agree kim with the rice method. I also use a rice cooker and do the same thing as u which is fluff it up and let it set for about 20-30 minutes hehe soft perfect texture rice every time!!

Michelle let me put you and Kim on some Southern American goodness. You saying you have never melted butter made me think of this. Take some raw oats and pour them in a bowl. If you use a quarter cup of oats use a quarter stick of butter, half a cup half a stick, etc. Put the butter in the bowl with the oats and put it in the microwave until the butter melts. Then add in brown sugar until it's turns into a sugary mixture (use as much or as little as you want) and mix it all together. While it's still warm pour it over a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Not healthy and something that shouldn't be enjoyed all the time but a really easy special treat for every now and then.

I was such a people please especially my parents, and this breaks my heart to say because they have hurt me so bad, my 'dad' SA'd me my entire teen years, and I recently had the courage to expose him and 'mam' didn't believe me, so they abandoned me.

Loved the video as always! Just wanted to nicely add to the imposter syndrome topic 🤭 I think in addition to what Kim said, it’s about feeling like you’re undeserving of your success and that you got to where you are by pure luck. And eventually that luck will run out and people will realize you’re a phony. It’s a terrible feeling I’m sure lots of people who are successful experience😭 I’ve learned in therapy that positive affirmations really help with these negative thoughts! Love you both 💖
