I usually go for shin but you are right, not as spicy as it used to be but i put a little korean chili pepper in mine. Shin black is my ultimate favorite! The broth in that one is so good.

totally agree that shin ramen used to be the spiciest but now after trying jin ramen (red pack) i think that's the spiciest excluding fire noodles

Haven't had lunch yet, but its decided im gonna go make myself some ramen once I'm back from errands. I found a korean supermarket that sells ramyun with all korean letters on the packaging, and it made me happy because after you told us that Koreans have different ramen to our imported/made overseas ramen I was sad haha. I want that ramen with a seaweed inside!
But anywho I found bibimmyeon and some others I've gotta try eventually. I've got too many instant noodles in my house for one person to try 😅

Lol you and Kin Thai got me so interested in trying this ramen even though in intolerant to wheat, you guys made it look so good that I just had to try and girl…. Each to their own but it’s a no, I tried Jin Ramen spicy and put an egg in and hated the broth. But you guys always make it look so good.
I like maruchan lime chilli with shrimp and I used to like the spicy Jjajangmyun. I also like the mala romen. It's made with habaneros. I love to eat kimbap and kimchi.

My favourite ramen by far is by a brand called Trident and it’s Hot & SPICY Thai it’s lemon grassy and spicy and so so good. But I have to be careful as I am gluten intolerant but sometimes you just have to suffer for that tangy delicious taste..
I’m from Australia by the way so Jin ramen has only just started showing up and only the red spicy one

Depending on your local sushi restaurants, they should carry vegetarian/vegan options that contain cucumber or avocado etc etc! However, I've been told by non-sushi eaters that they don't like seaweed either because it's fishy - so be aware of that! Try out the vegetable rolls and move onto imitation crab when you're ready! 🤗
