That’s because they don’t care about the people in neighborhoods they sell too. So they decided to sell the business to a brother or another family member to avoid the removal of the tobacco license
I actually know her personally and with the high school her she’s good people but that’ll mean your kids are going to listen to you all the time and I’m speaking from personal experience that store should be shut down.
I’m 37 I get asked for ID for Benadryl….. the attendant just has to ask for it. It’s literally their job. Teens do dumb ish, adults are supposed to put the breaks on it.
She had a Reason, used her Reason and did the "Reasonable" thing by climbing that hill and reason with the store clerk! We need more Reason in this world!
Great mom? Her child is comfortable disobeying her to purchase vapes repeatedly. Maybe she should direct this energy at her child because he clearly doesn’t respect her. But that wouldn’t give her the 5 minutes of attention that she’s seeking.
@@jsijret3947 What are you talking about most teens rebel against ... its called growing up. Yet you assume she's not disciplining him. But easily overlook adults breaking the law by selling to minors ... ok. Again, GREAT mother

Hmmmmmm now we going to get upset because a store had sold your son vape pen , It sounds like to me you need to talk to your kids more about the danger of vape pen and why was your son was vaping in the first place?
While we're taking about children's safety, what about the genocide we're supporting in Gaza? Are those children any less important? Are their parents worried about them vaping?
Set up , she sent him , tommorow he is going to buy crack from the street . Should be sent to jail for neglect where her son got money at the first place.😊
If she raised him right in the first place, her son wouldn't even be in the vape store. You can raise your kids right and they still turn out wrong. A parent isn’t a child’s only influence. If store owner was raised right they wouldn’t be selling vapes to kids.
@muffycrosswire It's pointless to blame the store owner. If the store gets shut down, the kid will simply go to the one down the street, so there's still the problem of the kiddm who is determined to find himself vapes. The Bible says, _"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it..."_ It don't say blame the store owner.

@@LloydTucker-r7v it's not pointless to blame the store owner because checking for age on certain products IS HIS FCKN JOB. cops do stings like this with teens all the time to make sure stores aren't selling alcohol/tobacco to minors. anyone who's worked at a store that sells either product could tell you that. you can get fired and even charged if you get caught not carding during a purchase.

Glad she is standing her ground!
I hope they are criminally charged, fined and she sues.

And that is the reason. ✌🏾
In most states ,,such sales cost the owner all their business licenses. And many local entities can legally CLOSE THEM.

Maybe blame the adult for not doing his job and carding everyone that ask for vapes
why is her son tryna get vapes & tobacco products in the first place. Talk to yo son…
get a library card
and do homework
no vapor products
