It's sad when you finally get used to having friends after years of being bullied and, they all disappear... end of school, end of college, end of uni... each of them gone and never heard from again...
That loss stings, especially when it took so long to feel comfortable having friends in the first place. It’s like building something beautiful, only to watch it fade with each new chapter. Moving forward can feel isolating, but it also leaves room for new connections that might be even stronger. Do you think friendships are meant to be temporary, or is it just life that pulls us apart?
Right?! We vent, they listen, we ignore their advice, and then repeat. Friends really are the MVPs, giving us “therapy sessions” without the bill... or the follow-through on our end! 😆
Can totally relate. I was a fool not to listen to my friend at this one party we went to together and ended up getting involved with a bad group of people there.

Especially if it hasn't been done by age 20ish, it seems. It's so hard to meet and connect with new people as an adult. Most don't seem to want new friendships. It's so lonely after 25
i literally just had a conversation with my best friend explaining to her how detached i felt from myself and consequently from her, i apologized for changing so dramatically, what she said to me made me realize that I've found my life long friend. "any and every version of you i will make it work." we've been through the stage of drifting apart due to life circumstances and then ultimately rekindling our friendship🤭. I hope everybody finds that one person they can be their complete self with!!
I had lots of people in stage 3 but those especially during the pandemic turned back into stage 2 and one who could have been even past stage 3 made it back to stage 1. Only one I know for two decades now is really stage 5.
One of my friends that i’ve known since i was born, was my best friend for over a decade until we drifted apart because she moved. We have hung out once or twice after and even though i think it’ll be awkward, we quickly snap back to how our friendship was before and we can talk for hours. That’s a true friend, I miss her a lot
The timing of this video is immaculate. I literally just finished my friendship with someone I really grew to care about after they had deeply hurt me and they didn't bat an eye.
Oh wow I hope you're ok 😢. I had a best friend who said he liked liked me 7 months ago, we are both 14 I said no, shortly after we basically didn't talk until now, he just got back in touch, apologized, I made it clear what he had done wrong and it seems to be ok... His last chance though...
Really mann... It's sooo disheartening.... One can stand the quarrels , the misunderstandings also disrespect but upto a limit.... We are also human being despite being one's close friend still we have our boundaries which are not tend to be hurted..... When someone don't understand it... Better to get a step back without a second thought and any other chance... It's hard but for the betterment of ourselves 🤌
Someone who i thought was a ride or die friend for life 7 years of friendship Decided that he changed too much fo stay friends with me because I was a sinner who didn't plan on changing my ways and asking God for forgiveness
I love that casual friends implies that there exists ranked competitive friends "building this sort of friendship takes time" I remember a really interesting quote from D&D or some other fantasy setting. It was basically a dwarf that said that "the difference between acquaintance and friendship is 100 years". Bit extreme but it makes it point clear, friendship does take time.
When I’m feeling troubled about myself, I tell the friend who I trust the most. I say that I want to talk about it. It’s truly an amazing feeling when they say yes to talking to me and they truly listen and help me with my feelings.
I have a best friend at stage 5. We know each other for over a decade now, had fights, disagreements, disappointments etc. between us, but we never drifted apart. Yes, we may sometimes not talk for weeks, but when we come back to talking we pick up where we left off like no time passed. She lives half a country from me and we see each other once or twice a year, but I love her sooooo much!
When I was in a really rough spot in life, my best friend, my family (although I didn't know it at the time really stuck with me.) He was joking about how antisocial he was, and the he didn't really need friends, this kind of made me a bit sad so I said,"then what are we? aren't we friends?" he laughed and shook his head,"Pshh, what are you talking about? you're not my friend, you're family." I cried. A lot. And another best friend I have, that I met a couple of years after the first one said something similar after I expressed that I was worried we were drifting apart and he was spending less and less time with me, he said,"People come and go, but not you, you're permanent." and we immediately made plans for a day of the week where we'd hangout, just us. I'm very thankful for all the wonderful people I have in my life. I don't deserve them ahah
What a beautiful testament to the power of true friendship and chosen family. Those words, that reassurance, have a way of sticking with you, especially in tough times. It sounds like you’ve found some rare, incredible people who see you as family and make the effort to keep that bond strong. And hey, you *do* deserve them-your kindness and gratitude show just how much you bring to those relationships. Here’s to many more memories with the people who are “permanent” in your life! 🧡
@@Johnsonusd I have 3 best friends, which I all met at different stages of life. I met the first one when I was around 6yo, the second around 14 yo and the last around 25/26 yo. It is never to late to find a best friend, but it takes a lot of time and effort to get a deep connection. It is easier when they live nearby, because you can spend more time together.
The first time I met my best friend, we clicked immediately and instantly became casual friends, but very quickly became best friends. We’ve been besties for 4 years now and have reached the intimate friendship stage. And I can definitely see us being friends well into the future. She’s (other than my family members, of course) my favorite person.
i rly hope i have the blessing of this kinda friend one day. i haven’t been able to meet someone who completely accepts me and who i can be myself 100% yet :’) best of luck to u guys 🤍
When I was in high school, I had a lot of friends. I wasn't a popular kid but had a small group of friends. Fast forward 21 years. I only kept in touch with two people I went to high school with. I consider them my most cherished friends. In 2019 I lost my dearest friend. She was going through a rough patch after her divorce. I've tried to contact her but have had no luck. The last time I saw her was at my mom's funeral in 2014. Losing a friend who was there for me during my best times and my worst times is what hurt the most. She was like a sister to me.
The best friendship you will ever have is the one with yourself. Creating a voice in your head, having conversations with it and letting it support you is a good way to cope with your loneliness. Just for everyone who feels frustrated after this video because they can’t really get through the stages. You’re not alone buddy
I think I've got one friend at stage 5. No matter how much we're apart physically we always always always get back to the same stupid shit we've always been on. We've never stopped talking for long & I just adore her to pieces by now. It's been what... 4 years since we first started talking? Man if she knew just how much shes changed me I think she'd break down & cry. Her family is awesome too, & none of this would be possible without them. Cheers to the family you make, I wouldn't have things any other way
There is also being friendzone if you develop feelings with friends. Sadly now, unless you maybe were childhood friends many friendships end even over nonsensical reasons or fights.
The friend zone can be such a tough place to be, especially when feelings get complicated. And you’re right-friendships these days sometimes feel fragile, with misunderstandings or small disagreements causing rifts. It’s hard to find those rare friendships that can weather the ups and downs, but when we do, they’re worth holding onto tightly.
The friendzone is not real, Psych2go, don't encourage incel language wtf. And yes, Friendships end easy if you put in no effort once they wont sleep with you
TH-cam recommending me while im drifting apart from my ONLINE BEST FRIEND is crazy. I've known her for 3 years. Yesterday, we finally talked about it and ended it maturely. She found new people, so did i. I comforted her about it because she also has attachment issues and is attached to me. but online friendships usually don't work out.
I think me and my two besties are around stage 4/5?…since we know eachother when we’re months old, and despite us being countries far away every holiday we came back together and still have *SO* many things to talk about. Truly grateful for them😭
5:23 my friend backstabbed me for a girl I had interested in me and her went through a bump he just backstabbed me like that who knows what he said behind my back it hurts a lot because me and her got along really well and me and him were good friends we had fun together 😢💔
It's all about loyalty. If someone is willing to backstab you over a guy/girl or money they aren't your friend. Once there is betrayal it cannot survive. I've experienced this with every friend and even family member I've known. It's difficult to deal with.
This video is informative. I’m realising that I naturally skim over the “casual” stage of friendship & go right to treating people as close friends. This has hurt a few times where someone I’ve considered to be a close friend has not met me with the same energy. Through this video I’m learning the distinction between casual and close friendships.
A long while ago I ended up losing a friend when we hit stage 3 and stayed there for the longest time. I realized after that, despite the time I've spent with them and all the wacky stuff we did, they had a bunch of red flags I ended up discovering thanks to this channel. Ultimately the friendship didn't last and we ended up not seeing each other anymore. I felt drained and distant with a lot of people after that as all that effort amounted to nothing. Come a year or so after, I ended up befriending a person who initially confused me for one of their own friends. Our connection didn't end when I corrected them that it was the first time we hung out and properly chatted. It blossomed from there, going past stage 2 and then to 3 which we passed after a year or so I say. They're now my loving partner whom I've shared countless hours with. We have fought and have disagreements from time to time yes, but we always ended up coming back together.
I've been best friends with the same person for over 15 years. She's my everything. I love her even more than most family...She's the only person that knows me❤❤❤❤
After years of having only close friends that were pretty much toxic finally having that one is intimate feels damn surreal. And fifth even more surreal. I never thought this would happen to me. My friend loved me crying, she loved me anxious and I loved her back. It feels nice and weird to have that love returned. The real friends are those who stay with you when you have loss in the family and they love you through grief. Even more so if they have their own issues be with their partner or themselves, but they show up.
The way you said there were 5 and 4 was the highest you could achieve I cried when you said level five is rekindling that was so good lol It made an infinite amount of sense and reassured me that I have and can continue to have true friends. Thank you so muchhhhh!
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!
Yes Steve_porss1, I share similar experiences with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction. Psilocybin mushrooms have been a game-changer for me, aiding greatly in my recovery and sobriety."
I suffered severe depression several years ago. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. I wish those were more easily accessible where I live. Microdosing was my next step for my husband. He's 59 & dealing with lots of mental health challenges, possible CTE & a TBI that put him in a coma for 8 days. Unfortunately, I had to get a TPO since he's 6'6, over 300 pounds, and showing violent behavior, constantly talking about harming others. He's aggressive. To anyone reading this, if you're familiar with BPD, is it common to have an obsession with violence?
I have a very close friend in fact, my cousin, we've been best friends for over 6 years, but places changed and now we live far from each other, with family issues, we can't visit each other, and nowadays, we rarely talk or start some conversation, as long as i love my cousin, I'm very afraid that we'll eventually drift away from each other... Also in school, no matter how hard i try to be nice to people or make friends, i find myself unsuccessful, due to people there not having the interests as me, and who i consider "friends" never talk to me, if I don't talk to them they'll never talk to me, i enjoy sometimes being alone but it's nice having company..
My friends. We played, we fought, we quarreled, we helped each other, supported. Finally, we all have moved to a different parts of the country. And even though we can no longer hang out as much as before, we are keeping our contact and try to meet together, if there are chances.
Just made me realize I only have a couple casual friends and some acquaintances. I don’t really have anyone I’m bonded with or anyone that I can call when I’m in need.
This was a lovely video. I've felt a little lonely with my close friend and intimate friend needing time away from social engagement, and seeing stage 5 resonated with that feeling that has lingered of "I won't let my fears from my past traumas push me away from these friendships. I'll have faith and be present for when they return". Thank you for so many wonderful videos.
As I've gotten older I have figured out that I've kind of straight away from my high school friends a little bit. Like I love them and I'd sacrifice myself for them if I need to. but it's just that they're so..... far in the other direction that I am in. But in turn I've grown closer to my work friends than them
Like they're not bad people individually they're great depending on their mood and what they're doing. But together like when they're all in a group, it gets pretty chaotic
Most people stop at one or two sadly because many don't want to be their during your bad times but want you and many others to be there for them. Many don't really have any good friends or even zero. Many people nowadays have zero tolerance for anything they don't agree with or deny.
I guess I made a very good friend 3 yesrs ago, huh. We were in the same school for 1 year but then I moved. Despite the distance, we called basically every week, for two years. I recently came back, and we're in the same school again! Nothing has faded🎉❤
Currently in a different school from my best friend and despite knowing her for only 3 years it feels like I've known her my whole life. I've never had this deep of a connection with someone
I have a lot of close friends. Some have drifted apart some I still hang out with. I only have one best friend and we barely see each other. But we are still connected.
I met my best friend in kindergarten. We skipped every stage and went straight to best friends we’ve drifted apart and grown together but I know that no matter what happens he’ll be there for me 🙃❤
My best friend and I turned each other into better people. Over the years we grew so much together and because of each other. You can easly go without romance for years, but friends are SO important!
Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really loved him so much I can’t stop thinking about him, I’ve tried my very best to get him back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of him, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss him and just can’t stop thinking about him
its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back.
I met a friend in first grade. It's going as strong as it was back then. I can say this: same mind, different bodies. If you talk shit to each other face to face, but glaze each other behind your backs, you're in a strong friendship.
I'm retired at 27, went from Grace to Grace. This video here reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, honest wife and 35k biweekly and a good daughter full of love ❤
I raised 75k and Claudia Ann Brandon is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car 🚗 just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Claudia A Brandon is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!
No way 9 years ago, me and my best friend Rayzelle started being instant friends ever since I invited her into my friend group with a hug. We’re separated into different schools now, but I’m trying to get into that school and she’s right now trying to motivate me to study for good grades. And from what I’ve known, no matter who the person is, Whether its a parent or someone else who has the same interest as either of us, nobody would be able to break us apart. She’s so special to me and saved me from falling into hopelessness 😋❤️❤️
This got me emotional thinking about my best friend. We're continents apart - literally on opposite sides of the world - and there's a lot that we disagree on, but still I know she'll always be there for me and I'm there for her. Having a friend whom you know still loves you even when you're fighting or not speaking frequently is a truly invaluable thing... ❤️
Man..... its hard to keep friends these days.... some people just dont mix with you for long. And people these days think friend means you never disagree or argue.😅 i dont. I understand we are different people. Not the same
I have my best friend who I've been friends with since 3rd grade. We've definitely fought, there's been some fights were we wouldn't talk for weeks, but at the end of the day, even when we were talking, I knew if I said I needed her, she'd be there. While sometimes I do doubt that, because that's who I am, she's proven she'll be there for me. I'm far from mentally stable, I've gone to mental wards and stuff before (0/10 those places make things worse), but despite all that she sticks around and is there when I just need someone to listen to my uncontrolled rambling! I've had (and still have) problems with sh and suicidal thoughts, she's honestly been the one to talk me away from that the most, and I know that has to take some sort of mental toll on her, but she sticks around. Its something I'm so grateful for.
It can be really hard, especially since I am also a people pleaser. I can be silently harsh, like leaving them in silence or not sharing personal things as I am scared to. I would say I have a lot of casual friends. But, it can be very difficult when you need an emotionally available person there. I always listen to people's problems, try to solve them if they need it, etc. When a close friend of mine was more reserved and began to share personal experiences and information, I felt honoured because we were so much closer. It made me more comfortable. But with even more sacrifice. Our friendship was not the kind where people and complain about issues in their life. Sure, we may complain every now and then, but it felt nicer than some friends or people I would dread meeting. One especially, I am still attached to. They constantly gossip or have something negative to say. But i keep in mind what their situations in life are, so naturally, this person is drawn to the worst of life. When it comes to her, I cant tell if she is manipulating me or not. I constantly feel dread when I go near her, and I want to get away. I always feel worse around her, and I dont want that anymore. Due to her always saying horrible things about others, I cannot let go of her because I am scared she may hold something against me. We used to be very close, but our proximity is forced even closer due to her expectations and her telling people "I am the perfect friend, Im better at this and that than them." But i hate degrading people, being weaponised. So, i grew apart from it. Building strong relationships is a brave and diffcult task, but I have faith that people will meet a good friend and stick with them for as long as possible. A meanignful friendship, even if it doesnt look like a cliche or ideal one in other worlds, does not mean it cannot be for you. Know what is right for you, and leaving or growing out a friend because you have new needs is never a bad thing. Mourning a loss, even if the friendship was not good, is alright as well.
@kojum My, what a sweet person you are! Thank you very much. I don't need people to admire my courage, but rather give courage or understanding to others. I hope all is well for you, too! May people always cherish you for your kind heart.
My cousin i can tell is my best friend- and I'm glad she's been there, she's always there and already saw my worst and best things of my life Sure her mom hates me but she still chooses to hangout with me I'm really grateful for her being in my life
I'm autistic and I don't really know if I'm in stage 3 or 4 with my friend. We knew each other since September 2023 at the beginning of high school, she's lesbian and I'm hetero but we knew each other in a bit "romantic" way I felt, she knew me by playing badminton at the first sport COURSE of the year. 2 months later we started to talk and she proposed me she could be my friend! And since this day, we've been through many things, I knew her girlfriend, we laughed so much together, we fighted but then we made peace, I cried and she cared about me, she is my only trustful friend for me, but she has other friends. And I tried to fit with her friends, but they weren't so much worried about me than her. And it's hard for me as an autist to comunicate well, and she knows it. But she always cherished me up saying that it was rare for her to found a guy friend who respects her as she is. But I have trust issues. But even I've judged our friendship wrong and she got disappointed, she never stopped to be my friend, whenever I get sad or get mad with her. She has ADHD, she can be a bit chaotic and inpulsive, but she always supported me even today!
This almost made me cry when I realized that my online friend (I've known her for half a year now) might actually be closer to me than my real-life best friend (7 years of friendship).
No matter how much time does pass, intimate friends will pick up like no time had passed between them. Yea, there is catching up to do, but it is all natural. Nothing is forced in the catching up process.
I only had one close friend, but even that didn't work out since she completely cut all contact with me with no warning. But i also have intimacy issues, so everyone in my life are only acquaintances, and i much prefer that. Probably sad, but its hard to find anyone worth being friends with anymore.
I feel so lucky to have found two level 5 friends, at kindergarten, and at first grade. We've been out of touch for periods, but in the end we always reconnect. To everyone, I sincerely hope you find at least one level 4 or 5 friend. I have no idea what life would be without them. Thanks to them, I've never experienced true loneliness.
Me and my friend have been there for eachother for almost 10 years, sometimes we have our own ups and downs and for that reason we conversate and take break...this way we're still going strong and i'm pretty grateful to have her ❤
5:23 i have a friend that we met at a game aka roblox, we slowly talk together without we notice, we slowly became friends and sometimes play together. We realize that we are very different mostly at age, but we don't care about it and still be friends. He got my trust completely, but he drift away by playing a game that i can't join because its not available for phone. I always wait....and wait.... And wait..... Until i gave up and let him go away from me. I do feel sad and wanted to cry, even its a year ago i still feel sad right now, but suddenly i forgot about him and my mom said that i have reset my phone, so i put some of the accounts to my backup except my roblox account, even worse i forgot whats my roblox password. Ive tried everything and didn't work and now its hurting me even more, i made new account and still miss him. I wish he saw this and i was about to put my account name so he knows about this, but i don't think is a good idea. And It made my depression worse. Thank you for letting me vent. Love you
I’ve never really had anything more than a casual friend. I always mess things up somehow and everyone in my life changes and moves on while I’m still the same.
@Floodsofrage Not for everyone though... Please ask whether they get along with their family before suggesting this. No offense, just an info for next time. 🙂
I lost a friend that I was with since childhood and have been friends with them for years and years and one day, it fell all apart that day that it happened I was really sad and I still am to this day. ❤ god bless you all 🙏
Had a friend since kindergarten, and after about a decade we had a large falling out. The entirety of my friend group abandoned me and I felt so empty. The next year I went into my first day and immediately clicked with three people. We've been friends ever since.
Friends sometimes get envious, or greedy, or in a critical moment decide not to help you either because they are afraid of complications or just don't care enough. And that's the point you have to decide how much you need them.
To me, a real friend is somebody who: -when they come to your house don’t care about the mess -laugh when you fall before helping -somebody that you literally can’t stop smiling with
I have a level 5 friend we hang out every day and i have known her for eight years, we share food, were always ranting and we are comfortable with eachother, weve literally been through everything
I've known my best friend since we were 3. We literally *have* been through it all together. So much so that people assume we're siblings, before they'd ever assume we're just friends who has known each other for 90% of our lives.
I lost my best friend ages ago but it still hurts to this day I still think about her and how much she had an impact on my life. I can't do some things now because she'd not her 😭
I met my best friend on my first day to school when I was six, two days later, I ran around saying she is my best friend. Now, I have moved to another town, go to a different school than her and our bond is still as deep, if not even deeper, then it always used to be.
Me and my bestfriend were always together, until I showed her my old friends and took them to go out places with them. She had a bestfriend in the US and I had a secret bestfriend. She and I drift apart and she only ask me for favors and through out the years she has become a pretty strong critic to me. Like she says I dance like sad when I don’t really like to smile. When I ask her she looks me like that face of the “Ms. I’m better than you 😊”. And honestly I heard her talking to her bestfriend and she mentioned me. I guess she turned like our childhood friend… With a friendship necklace torn by a broken dagger
I am so happy right now because of this video. I've lived in a boarding school for 5 years and that time I've met a lot of friends. Because we grew up together like a family, still the most of us are very close friends. And from there I have 3 friends and outside the hostel I have 2 friends that I consider as best friends. Sometimes I truly have hardships because of my family and the best things I got is these friendships. I felt sooo lucky after watching this. And the most beautiful phrase I heard lately is 'deep platonic love'. That is the most precious thing to me. Thank you for making this and thank you for congratulating 😉❤
Low maintenance friends are for keeps. No matter how many years didn't talk or went apart, till the day you meet again it's just like yesterday with a few quirky upgrades. ❤🤗
Me and my friend has been friend ever since 3rd grade and we're now in 6th grade, and sometimes we like to take breaks from each other for a week or so, then come back together and that made our friendship even stronger. We even had gotten to the last stage and are now girlfriends (sorta) 😄
How many people would you truly consider friends in your life?
At this point, only 2
0 for like the past four years

I agree
I haven’t have that but im scared to:(
It's happened to me, honestly I realized he was not worth my time, Its not exactly scary but

😒Sometimes there are friends that are in your life for a lifetime. And there are friends that are there for a particular time in your life.🧑🏫
I have lost one that was my best friend and it made me super depressed and I wouldn't talk to anyone I still miss her
Real friends are the ones who stick around, even after realizing you’re as messed up as they are.
🔥💯
Indeed.

Yes but communication is key. And open about it. If your closed in they will be too. I hope you can get your friend.
Just lost a friend I had for 50 years. It was devastating and I am still in shock. When I look back, she chose a road that I could not go on.
My condolences to you. Losing a friend, especially the one you've been friends your whole life, is really painful and shocking.
Dang.
I'm so sorry...I understand the pain though. It happens. 😢
Me too but it’s been 45 years.
bro 50 years?, Grandma how do you still remember that.

True. You just told my story.

i literally just had a conversation with my best friend explaining to her how detached i felt from myself and consequently from her, i apologized for changing so dramatically, what she said to me made me realize that I've found my life long friend. "any and every version of you i will make it work."
we've been through the stage of drifting apart due to life circumstances and then ultimately rekindling our friendship🤭. I hope everybody finds that one person they can be their complete self with!!
:)
You are lucky. May both of you have a lovely life with each other as friends.
Awwwwwwww🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
🥹 such a good friend 🥰
You're so lucky ! You both sound like a great duo
I feel a lot of friendships stop at 2. Trust is hard to come by
Most of my friends are at the stage 3 but I have two friends at the last stage
I had lots of people in stage 3 but those especially during the pandemic turned back into stage 2 and one who could have been even past stage 3 made it back to stage 1.
Only one I know for two decades now is really stage 5.
I never got beyond stage 2...

Hoping the best for you and your friend!!

The timing of this video is immaculate. I literally just finished my friendship with someone I really grew to care about after they had deeply hurt me and they didn't bat an eye.
Same here omg..
It's hard but for the betterment of ourselves 🤌
absolutely same situation. It's just that we didn't talk about it, she just started avoiding our group the second she gaining a bf
Someone who i thought was a ride or die friend for life
7 years of friendship
Decided that he changed too much fo stay friends with me because I was a sinner who didn't plan on changing my ways and asking God for forgiveness
Losing a friend that you trusted wholeheartedly is painful 😢
I love that casual friends implies that there exists ranked competitive friends
"building this sort of friendship takes time"
I remember a really interesting quote from D&D or some other fantasy setting. It was basically a dwarf that said that "the difference between acquaintance and friendship is 100 years". Bit extreme but it makes it point clear, friendship does take time.
Anyone will likely have more acquaintances then they'll ever have true friends, it's quality over quantity.
My friendship ELO is so low… I lost too many ranked competitive friends!
I had a stage 5 friendship ❤ she is in heaven now may God bless her and her family 🥹🙏
May she Rest In Peace. I am sorry for your loss.
When I’m feeling troubled about myself, I tell the friend who I trust the most. I say that I want to talk about it. It’s truly an amazing feeling when they say yes to talking to me and they truly listen and help me with my feelings.
You are lucky you have such a friend. Enjoy😍
truly a lvl 4 :D
There is nothing more painful than a best friend break up. I think in some cases, it can be even worse than a romantic break up.
My best friend break up and I agree
I have a best friend at stage 5. We know each other for over a decade now, had fights, disagreements, disappointments etc. between us, but we never drifted apart. Yes, we may sometimes not talk for weeks, but when we come back to talking we pick up where we left off like no time passed. She lives half a country from me and we see each other once or twice a year, but I love her sooooo much!
*Making Friends is easy, the difficulty lies in maintaining those relationships!*
You deserve them, obviously😊

@ Thank you I really appreciate it. And I do think you’ll find someone someday. My mom always likes to tell me “There’s a lid to fit every pot.”
May you get her back in your life. People like her are rare.
The best friendship you will ever have is the one with yourself. Creating a voice in your head, having conversations with it and letting it support you is a good way to cope with your loneliness.
Just for everyone who feels frustrated after this video because they can’t really get through the stages. You’re not alone buddy
True friends talk shit to your face & say kind good things about you behind your back
Lol so relatable
Theme song for that moment:True love by P!nk

💙 hope you and your friends can communicate and keep laughing and having fun together

Sad but true

Be a good friend.Viva los amigos.
Not the same
Or that your friendships is just transactional.
@@Biscuit_Pop ( thanks for opening up and openly talking about it, as it takes unmeasurable strength and courage. ) ✨ best wishes!

Friends sometimes get envious, or greedy, or in a critical moment decide not to help you either because they are afraid of complications or just don't care enough. And that's the point you have to decide how much you need them.
To me, a real friend is somebody who:
-when they come to your house don’t care about the mess
-laugh when you fall before helping
-somebody that you literally can’t stop smiling with
I have a level 5 friend we hang out every day and i have known her for eight years, we share food, were always ranting and we are comfortable with eachother, weve literally been through everything
