I think while you’re likely right, the only way to enforce that properly would be to stop play and do a time check, which would change the entire course of events.
This was a heartbreaking loss for Embiid and the Sixers, the Celtics squad heading into this game was talking a lot of trash about how the 76ers aren’t their rivals, that they are the best team in the league and nobody can’t beat them at their best. The Celtics seem to have backed up their claim, cause if they were wrong, the 76ers would have responded with a win, but the Celtics come out on top like they’ve done for a very long time.
