I just picked up RDR for $49 at a local shop, so glad I did. I played RDR2 on Xbox one and loved it but never played the first one

Digital is obviously the way to go for the majority of people… most people couldn’t care less about collecting or “ownership”

I recently got a practically brand new copy of Super Mario 3D Allstars for $20. I was so hyped 😂.
Temtem is an online only game, having a physical cartridge is useless pretty much, that’s why it’s so cheap.
This is what I came here to say.. lol
Is it online only? Like, do you have to connect online to play it ? I thought it was just an option

The only one I disagree with is MGS Master Collection. The physical US version only has the msx and nes games on it. So, none of the games on the cover art are on the cart. If switch is the only console you have and you have to play these games, either wait for it go down to atleast $15-$20 or pay a bit more and buy the japanese version which is a bit better because it has the msx, nes and Metal Gear Solid on the cartridge. So you're getting an extra PS1 remaster in the japanese version.

I got the MGS collection at my local Walmart for 10$. They’re remodeling and also getting rid of physical games so I also picked up Astral Chain for 10$ and a bunch of others.
Dude see if you can get a Amazon partner link and link the games youre talking about in the description. Would probably net a few bucks that way. I wouldve totally used the link to get Turtles
I expect RDR to get a full Switch2 release with 60fps
Hollow Knight would be a good one to get too
Final Fantasy I-VI Pixel Remastered physically is another one that I think will be rare.
Another great grimy that I’ve seen rise in price is Dark Souls Remastered.
It seems like there isn’t many copies about.
I didn't even know RDR was released on Switch! I'll have to check it out before it gets too expensive!

I agree Pokemon Legends Arceus is the best Pokemon game on Switch. Isn't Temtem online so I don't think it will go up in price as servers will go down. I might be wrong
Grabbed it digitally for half the price but regret not getting physical copy.
RDR - bought sealed $29.99 and resold on eBay. Made like $4 profit after fees lol! Should have kept it.
Pikmin1+2 - bought sealed $29.99
Temtem - passed on it sealed many times at $17.99 (should have scooped)
All stars - bought loose today for $69 ish on eBay.
Cowabunga collection - scooped for $13ish loose as part of a large lot.
Maneater - 2nd game I ever bought. Still sealed $16.99

Did they reprint RDR? It had like 4 patches, including a launch patch.
That wont get reprinted, or if it will it wont get a kart revision. Some third partys reprint their games but they're rare. Nintendo reprints their popular first party games with revisions.
L.A. Noire may be rare it will b closes game like the the godfather, mafia, nd gta

MGS Master collection is only 30$ at Walmart, danganronpa can be purchased brand new for 45$ on VGP and PNP.
Tem Tem is an online only game and so I can’t see the physical ever being worth more than 25$
I think legend of legacy will follow Alliance Alive and be rare for sure. But I can’t ever see Maneater being rare 🤣
I love nostalgic games so I picked up 3D Allstars quickly after it came out. I first started playing video games as a young child when Atari came out. I went from Atari to NES & Sega, Gameboy & Gameboy Advanced, to Super NES, to Turbo Graphix, Nintendo64, PlayStation, Dreamcast, Xbox, PS2, PlayStation portable, Xbox360, PSIII, Nintendo DS & 3DS, Xbox One, Switch, PS4. I still don’t have an Xbox One X & PS5. Been buying newer games on switch and PS4 but of course some games are only new gen so I’m out of luck there.
You convinced me to buy a copy of Legend of Legacy HD so I hope it's good!
Great list, and Maneater was so fun on Switch and definitely worth the $25 for a play through. And I guess I’ll have to get Pikmen sooner rather than later now, thanks for the heads up!

Not sure if you have covered unicorn overlord on switch it’s a really good game that’s been getting harder to find locally was told that it was a low print game by vanillaware and ATLUS

I dropped 250$ for all three ryza games and the last one unfortunately was the UK version but all new....
I have RDR physically and digitally on my Switch. Funny thing is I ended up paying $30.00 for the physical version on Nintendo Online Store….(not Eshop)….a few months ago instead of Amazon. 🐴🤠🥃

I wasn't interested in Tem Tem once they said it was all online only. As someone who likes to collect games and go back to them every once in a while, that put me off getting it, otherwise it would have been a day one for me.
My personal opinion, I know others still enjoyed playing it, just not a fan of games tied solely to a server

Maybe it’s a boomer attitude, but I don’t trust digital downloads. I have a couple games for my grandkid downloaded, but all my games are physical. I’ve never broken a cartridge. However, even if you keep your games locked in a safe, stuff happens.

13:25 I'm passing up Metal Gear Solid on Switch no matter what. I'm good & not going to support them. I still have the N3DS MGS3, the GC TS & 1 to 3 on PS 2 so Konami can go else where with their bs & I'm going to do the same with Vol 2 because these companies are not giving us Physical copies anymore.
I bet you, tho if Sony still had their handheld, you would see the physical copy would have all on there because of the friendship bond these companies have to Sony more than Nin due to the PS1 era.

Metal gear on switch... Um no thanks. The Switch version has poor performance. I rather play them on either PS5 or Xbox. The performance is better on Xbox and PS5
All these 3rd party Switch ports are nothing but blurry messes on Switch and often bad performance. The game developers don't polish the 3rd party games good enough on Switch.
