POLICE STORM CATHOLIC BISHOP OFFICE, DISRUPT MEETING WITH FORMER PRESIDENT LUNGU

A Police Officer in Charge in Kabwe central province of Zambia Friday morning stormed into the office of a Roman Catholic Church Bishop to disrupt a meeting he having with former president Edgar Lungu.
Lungu in company of some members of Parliament was heading to the Copperbelt province and decided to stop to meet the Roman Catholic Church Bishop.
Some armed Police Officers in the vehicle had been following his motorcade from the time he entered Kabwe town.
Last week Lungu brought the Central Business District in the capital Lusaka to a halt when he strolled in the streets to check on how the Residents were copying up with the high cost of living.
The Police immediately issued a warning that he risk being arrested if he will continue to break the law by conducting himself in public in a way that compromises security.
