For my 19th vlog, it's another day in the life vlog! I'll be working alone in our Makati Office. I'll be eating out alone at Coco Ichibanya and buy myself a new bag (and some shirts) from Straoghtforward. Vlog also includes commuting via MRT to my bus terminal to return to Baguio.

Eating alone never bothered me. I think I started way back in college. I would even go to the movies by myself. I might be alone but I'm never lonely. Nowadays, my son keeps me company.
I have only tried watching in the cinema once. It was a nice experience. That’s great to have your son with you!

Nakakapraning magbackpack sa bansa natin. Perhaps explore having a cable tie, carabiner or mini padlock (na may combination) para lang hindi super dali buksan ng bag (especially with your wallet in there)

Get a good leather bag from the Ukay in Baguio, that will last you a long long time ha. As for ur company, is it mostly Gen Y and Z? Is it a typical straightforward bank? Just curious hehe
For the PH side, mostly Gen Y and Z. Our counterparts in the same company are usually on the older side. I wouldn’t say it’s a straightforward bank like BPI, BDO, etc.

lol, you covered your company logo in your insulated tumbler but you accidentally showed it when u took out your laptop. 😂
Haha oops meron pa nga, pero kasi the tumbler’s exposure of the logo (where I blurred) is a lot more significant and obvious. I’m not really hiding my company, I just want to avoid any possible legalities for having the logo exposed for a while in a video that is not sponsored or endorsed by my company.
Some companies don’t allow that eh, like one big BPO here in Metro Manila.

Hello po! If you don’t make me asking, ano po range ng overall budget niyo po? Gusto ko rin po kasi mamuhay independently after grad, tho in a less busy area. I thought I should ask para di na ako magugulat in the future sa gastos. Thank you!

I suppose if you will be in a less busy area, your expenses will be lower, but that will also depend on the lifestyle you plan to have. You can live alone in Metro Manila with a minimum budget of 18 to 20k a month siguro. Anything lower I think is still possible, but realistically, not as comfortable.
This is just based on my experience ha. Baka kaya pala ang below 20k and comfortable - I just don't know how 😅

I think helpful din po yung malaman yung gastos sa areas as busy as Makati, kasi what if hindi ako makahanap ng magandang remote work or work outside MM? I have a team and it’s common that I work with them in the office during scheduled office days. This day is an instance that my team is not with me, hence working alone.
Why do Filipinos always put the word “already” at the end of each sentence. It should be before, not after.
