    I am doing a Dimploma of community services. Today I'm doing a role play just like this one where I'm the facilitor. This was very helpful and eye opening. Thank you.

    just a suggestion, not a critic: the first woman showed some feelings of guilt, maybe that specific point could've been more addressed.

    After 9/11 we discovered the DEBRIEFERS also needed debriefing. In our Chaplain Staff colleges we had Chaplains who were at ground zero. They said it was the worst thing as Chaplains they had ever experienced and that was the basis for CISM...so in the future we would be prepared.

      Also at 9/11 the majority of CISM sessions offered were never taken up. Millions of pounds never used and hundreds of contractors sitting in hotels that never got used. Most people heal themselves without interference or talk between themselves with those that went though it with them.
