The first song wrote by the youngest son of the first President of Indonesia Soekarno. His name is Guruh Soekarno Putra.
Indonesia is a republic, so the head of state is a president. The attires donned by the guests in the ceremony are traditional attires of various ethnics in Indonesia (there are hundreds of ethnics in Indonesia with their own traditions and language). It has become the dress code for several years since the current Presiden Joko Widodo took office in 2014 for the commemoration of Indonesia's independence held in Presidential Palace, called Istana Negara (State Palace). The president is the one who wore tall, black hat and the first lady sat next to him wore hairpiece.
